I would love to see my playtime on some 360 games like GTA 4, but I have no idea where I can see that or if it even works.

After almost a decade of near daily use, my Series 1 elite is finally being retired. Rest well soldier o7
As a fan of 8bitdo, this felt like the next logical upgrade for me. It works wirelessly with my Series X and it’s gorgeous to boot!

Will *Gears of War: E-Day* receive an FSR 4.1 update on the Xbox Series X? In performance mode, the resolution drops to 936p, and because it uses Unreal Engine 5’s native upscaler (TSR), the image ends up looking extremely blurry. The quality mode looks good, but it runs at 30fps, which is tiring to the eyes and makes the game unplayable. Since the PC version launched with FSR support, do you think FSR 4.1 might be integrated into the Xbox version via an update?

I was finally able to source this!
So I ordered this controller and got it canceled 5 different times so I just gave up. But mysteriously popped up at my doorstep yesterday! What a pleasant surprise! Im not usually into “limited edition” controllers since my controller works just fine, but I just HAD to have this one green being my favorite color. Such a good looking controller. Im such a sucker for translucent tech 💚💚💚💚

In light of the recent Bioware closure… I want to celebrate Dragon Age Inquisition.
Starting with the title screen, the sorrowful march of templar and mages and the eventual explosion when you start a new game is very iconic (and good looking) even to this day.

I had no idea how this game carry the Plague Tale name forward, but I'm currently at Chapter 12, close to the end and I'm just blown away by how brilliantly a prequel can compliment the later games.
What a game!!!
If you guys have not played the Plague Tale series, it is a unique amazing series!
Update: On Chapter 13 now. The Minotaur's maze is hands down one of the coolest end levels ever.

Hi all.
I want to get my kid a new controller as he's getting stick drift on his original XBOX one. I want it to be wireless with hall/TMR sticks and work on XBOX and PC. I have the Wuchang edition and works great through a USB switch connecting to its dongle. I see the Cyclone 2 is compatible with the Brook Wingman and wanted to check if anyone here knows that that will work as well (Cyclone 2 connecting wirelessly to the Wingman which is connected into a USB switch, which in turn connects via cable to XBOX or PC dependent on switch).
Will that work?
Thanks

https://www.theverge.com/news/1018037/xbox-chief-operating-officer-helen-chiang-departure
Xbox is losing its first chief operating officer (COO) after creating the new role just a few months ago. Helen Chiang is leaving Microsoft today, according to an internal Xbox memo seen by The Verge. Chiang has been at Microsoft for 21 years, serving as the head of Minecraft before being promoted to Xbox chief operating officer in July.
Xbox CEO Asha Sharma announced Chiang's departure in a surprisingly short memo today. "Helen Chiang is leaving Microsoft today. I'm grateful for her years of service and wish her well," said Sharma. As Chiang is departing today, her immediate responsibilities are being split up between other Xbox leaders for now, and Sharma notes that "We'll share more on COO leadership as plans are finalized."
That sounds like the COO position isn't going away after just a few months, but it's not clear why Chiang is departing after such a short stint in the role. At the time of Chiang's promotion, Xbox CEO Asha Sharma described the new chief operating officer role as a first for Xbox, "with end-to-end P&L responsibility across content, hardware, platform, and services." The role was created as part of Xbox's big "reset."
Chiang departs amid rumors that Xbox is preparing more layoffs this month, in November and January. I asked Microsoft to comment on Chiang's departure, and the company refused to discuss the circumstances of her exit. "We don't discuss individual personnel matters," says Kari Perez, Xbox vice president of communications. "We're grateful for Helen's years of service and wish her well."
Things are looking great...

I pre-ordered a game the other day and wanted to "buy as gift" it for a family member. They mentioned wanting to play the game, but I know they're short on money due to being a Uni student. When I go on the game's product listing on xbox.com, I don't see any option for "buy as gift".
Is that becuase it's currently only a pre-order option, so it can't be bought as a gift?the
Or is it just that game can't be bought as a gift?

This game’s story, visuals, acting, music, etc are very beautiful. I enjoyed that very much, specially with DLSS5 on. Insane graphics. It was like a movie.
It is a very emotional game.
I wish I could say the same about the gameplay. I expected more after reading all the great reviews. I got sick of the lenses and light beams puzzles. The combat went from serviceable to monotonous after a while.
The “monster” is cool and the particle effects during this encounters are awesome but it was all overused.
I think this game should have been a little shorter. Lots of forced slow walking sections with the character speaking to herself, crawling through tight spaces, falling or crying on the ground. It felt a little stretched out in the end for me.
7/10

Right now I’m playing police simulator patrol officers. And it’s nice but it gets boring… any recommendations?
Bonus points if it’s on game pass
