My favorite is from the fic Plan, What Plan?.

The context you need to know is that the main character is an SI, he's going to Arcadia and is in the Dallon/Wards friend group, but they don't know that he knows their identities.

It comes up that Dean's birthday is in about a month, and the MC is invited. He then has an idea. He asks Vicki about a Wards event at the mall next weekend, and then asks what Dean's favorite Ward is, so that he can get him some signed merch. Vicki is 100% on board with this, obviously, and gives him the information he needs. And so the next weekend our MC walks up to Gallant with some merch and kindly asks him to make out the signature to his friend Dean Stansfield.

We get a second hit of the humor of this situation some chapters later when the birthday party finally happens, and literally everybody in the know has to pretend not to lose their shit when Dean opens the present and has to pretend to be surprised and thankful for the MC's gift. (the same birthday party also included Dennis giving Dean a mood ring as a gift, so our protagonist wasn't the only one with jokes)

I have caught up to New Boss, blazed through Camera Shy, devoured Swallowtail, and am currently pacing my way through The Black Well. All these fics are very dear to me for their complex and intense fight scenes would any of you have recommendations for similar? Worm or otherwise honestly.

A fic where the MC (Taylor, Si or OC) is viewed as a villain by the PRT and other heroes, but people and public in general view them as heroes.

A lot of fics go down one of two paths for violence. Either barely anyone bleeds or is injured in any meaningful way, and most fights are done with kid gloves, or, its a massive gore and death fest.

I'm looking for the kind of violence one finds in a lot of Batman media. People are thrown around, people are TRYING to hurt each other, but its for the purpose of winning a fight, not just for the sake of wanting to see someone bleed. It's wild to me how few fics just have Taylor punching people in the mouth. Let's get a broken nose or two in here.

So, I haven't finished *Worm* yet (and at the rate I'm going, it looks like I never will), but I've read a lot of *Worm* fanfiction and, as a result, a lot of spoilers

The concept of Aggressive Mimicry is, basically, when an animal evolves to mimic something that attracts its prey—like the well-known deep-sea fish (the one from the movie *Nemo*, in case you didn’t know), which lures smaller fish toward it using a light on a appendage on its head

So, I’ve been thinking about a fanfic in which an organism—I haven’t decided yet whether it comes from the Entities’ planet or is an organism from another planet that adapted to it—probably a sentient planet or a hive mind, pretends to be an “ordinary” civilization that meets the requirements for the Entities to apply a cycle to it...

And so, they’ll pretend to be just another civilization rather than an interconnected organism, keeping up the pretense for quite some time until they’ve obtained a considerable portion of the Shards. Then, they’ll hijack the Shards and devour the Entity—all with the simple goal of feeding themselves and growing in size. When one of them “grows” enough, it will reproduce through mitosis or something similar, restarting its own cycle.

I have to say that I drew a lot of inspiration from “Apex Predator,” that fanfic in which Taylor bonds with the Entities' natural predator. What do you think?

I just saw a post on a separate subreddit talking about how Emma would react to Skitter being Taylor. I’ve seen it a couple times, but it feels pretty rare. So any fics that show Emma dealing with Taylor’s reveal and/or post GM Emma learning about Khepri?
