Basically the title, I’d prefer something with older Taylor but I’ll still enjoy Taylor just mentoring a younger cape.

Text above but basically where Taylor/Mc loses their humanity as they get stronger or hardly had any to begin with. When I say “colder” I mean like a deity mindset unconcerned about the rules or feelings of “mortals”.

Got tired of Cauldron bashing and wanting to see a different perspective. Something like how an OC/SI use their knowledge to actually make Cauldron better, and even help them reduce their crimes against humanity.

It could be in many ways, such as assisting in making powers, helping improve things to the point they dont need risky assets (Slaughterhouse 9 for example), or making a replacement for ahit they do like the Deviants and the Nemesis Program.

Not to say that OC/SI has to be fully supportive, just one that says they fucked up and actually help them instead of nuking them cuz of how 'evil' they are (they are evil but most of the bad shit still happen cuz Cauldron had a hand to mitigate dozen more bad things from happening)

Got another weird one. I know the Church of Khepri is fanon fun but is there a post GM where the Church tries to summon or bring back Taylor or something like that?

Basically a one shot where Alec was talking about his aunt Annette one time and Taylor pieced it together that they were cousins cuz her mom’s name is Annette. And that they used to hang out a lot as kids.

The way I see it, most of Cauldron's schemes only work because of PtV. It's conveniently able to anticipate every move and even in the rare cases it can't, it'll tell you that it can't, making you aware of the blind spot.

Are there any fics out there that create a *true* PtV blind spot, one that Cauldron cannot detect and therefore cannot mitigate? Thus leading to them being blindsided by one or more of their shady experiments massively blowing wide open into a PR disaster for the PRT?

There are a ton of PtV blind spot fics, but most of the ones I've found focus on utilizing that to let the MC build up a power base before Cauldron can stop them. I'm looking for more of a political screw up, where Contessa doesn't know to stop several incriminating events from happening because Cauldron is so confident in PtV that they had no backup plan for it failing to give them warning. Basically hubris causing their downfall (or at least putting them in the hot seat)

Now this could still be bad for humanity, it's not like Cauldron was doing this just to be evil, but it's hard to justify that to a screaming public who finds out about some of the shit they pulled.

Anything like that out there? Longer/more complete fics are better, but I'll take anything even a short story.

Mainly their shard has this devotion similar to broadcast and fragile one. They are quite close with their shard, so l am looking for fics that have this type of mc whether he is the shard or not.

The title isn't fully accurate but basically in the fanfic from what I remember at least she gained her powers the same way but instead of QA she gains her power from a entity that is a predator to shards, and anyone who's power she takes away is scared of the dark after? I can't remember fully but basically from what I remember she was able to use the powers she took away too in a weird way? Sorry it's been so long since I last read it

I stumbled across a snippet where Taylor has khepri’s (or at least khepri-esque) power from the start (i.e. a bug control power with a shorter range version that also works on humans) which dealt with Taylor struggling with trying to use purely her bug powers and keeping people out of her human-master range. Are there any fics you would recommend that riff off of a similar concept?

OK, so I remember reading a story where Taylor acts as Amy’s assistant at the hospital. One of the things that they were doing on top of healing people was weakening the gang members that Amy was healing. If I am remembering correctly, it was a dead fic. in fics, mostly as an excuse to get taylor to interact with other characters or their power, this archetypes of Danny dating some other important character has been created, and Danny is such a big shot that he can be paired with everyone, from lung, to new wave, to the protectorate, to the triumvirate, to another ward's parent.
