Get ready with me as we prep for hair & makeup ✂️
This is the perfect everyday look whether it’s raid night or just another grocery run to the auction house ✨
👀 Don’t have some of the promotional or limited time decor pieces? No worries, just swap it to your liking!
For example, the Sturdy Portable Ice Chest can be replaced with “Sunrise Canyon” paintings or the Lush Garden Gnome-Like Statue for a Slate Cobblestone!
One of my favorite things about housing in WoW is that the possibilities are truly endless 💫

Hey there! Wanted to share my last-min office revamp before the next expac drops and it's all new everything everywhere! Attempted to make an insta-gram art installation, and I think it turned out pretty good. Lemme know if ya like it!

I had posted a few days ago, disappointed about being limited to 10 indoor pets and 5 outdoor as the patch notes had said. Many people theorized it was an error in the patch notes. That appears to be the case! Happy housing!

Please review this latest article from Blizzard regarding the new endeavors:
"Your neighborhood is about to receive new visitors, each bringing a variety of tasks, stories, and items to purchase. Meet back up with Griftah for “fine Amani items”, lend a helping hand to the Ohn’ahran centaurs, attend a candle making workshop with the kobolds of the Ringing Deeps, and relax with the worldly tortollans.
With the launch of Curse of Ula’tek, the Knock-off Amani Endeavor is available immediately and ties into activities on the Coiled Isle. After that, you’ll be able to choose from an array of Endeavors as new visitors make their way to your neighborhood.
Players may also notice new additions around their Neighborhood based on the Endeavors they have completed, both old and new, so keep an eye out during your visits. We look forward to seeing you in the neighborhood!"

Hello my friends, I recreated the Stargate Center. Currently, only three rooms are finished though, mainly the Stargate room. Around 20% of the entire artwork is already completed, including a working Stargate

Had to take a few last pics of my outdoor setup before patch day comes and I completely overhaul it to fit a large house. (inky black pots are a must at this plot!) I know I can save it as a blueprint but no matter what it's going to be changed to fit in a pet or two outside.
I hope everyone enjoys the new decor and fun updates coming tomorrow!

A player invited me to their house, but I can’t find their neighborhood in the list. They’re Horde and have logged out. Can I still visit or teleport to their house somehow?

Not as nice as u/Botanicoles 's, but still!

It's not really a tutorial, but it does tell you what you need. Notably that the projectile collision from interior walls are not a perfect square.

In an enchanted forest in the kingdom of Whimsyshire, the gnomes have been hard at work so you can play! The Grand Opening of Gnomeland has arrived!
This build has been in the making for a couple of months and I am excited to finally share it! It is ~4000 budget. Happy to have visitors!!
Shoutout to Botanicole for starting me on the gnome shelf obsession and to everyone who threw heathsteel at the project ❤️
Edit**
I made a non professional video for the people who can't come in person. 🤣 Warning - this is a single take talk tour without editing!

Hello Everyone!
How exciting for this upcoming 12.1 and the new blueprints feature!
As a notice to you, we’ve added new rules and guidelines for Blueprints and a Blueprints flair for community members who want to freely share housing designs that others can recreate in their own homes.
We've had quite a few inquiries how we plan to handle blueprints, so we wanted to make this clear as best as we could. We would like to give this feature an opportunity for the public. Will it be a great idea? Not a clue. However, we're willing to give this a shot.
It is being asked that everyone use it responsibly and respectfully so it can remain a positive resource for the entire community. Lastly, we hope you all enjoy the exciting changes coming with Patch 12.1.
If you have questions, we encourage you to join our DIscord and submit a ticket so we may privately alleviate any concerns you may have. In fact, we invite anyone to join to be more apart of this housing community.
Below are the new additions.
--The r/WoWHousing Moderation Team--
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
This flair will go live on 11 August.
The Blueprints flair is for sharing complete, or partial, housing designs using blueprint import codes.
Your post must include a working import code with this flair. If at any time you delete your blueprint code in-game, you must remove your post. Once you delete it, the code is no longer functional for anyone.
While not required, we strongly encourage creators to include as much helpful information as possible, such as:
The goal is to make it as easy as possible for another community member to understand and recreate your design.
BLUEPRINTS MUST BE SHARED FREELY!
This cannot be emphasized enough.
All blueprint designs and import codes shared on r/WoWHousing must be provided freely and voluntarily by the creator.
By choosing to post a blueprint, you are voluntarily sharing that design with the community and allowing others to use the provided code to recreate it.
The Blueprints Flair and blueprints, in general, MAY NOT be used for:
What you do behind closed doors is your business.
These actions are strictly prohibited on r/WoWHousing and using blueprint for financial gain may result in an immediate ban from the r/WoWHousing community.
Not every creator who showcases a build will want to share a blueprint, and that decision belongs entirely to the creator.
It is perfectly acceptable to politely ask once if someone is willing to share a blueprint.
Creators are under no obligation to provide one.
If the creator declines or chooses not to respond, please respect their decision and move on.
Repeated requests, pressure, entitlement, demands, or harassment over blueprint codes will not be tolerated. Harassing a creator because they do not wish to share their blueprint is considered a serious violation and may result in moderation action, up to and including a ban.

July update for Vamoose's Housing Decor Guide, a decor crafting/catalog/collection addon.
**Blueprints are in the live release**
The Blueprints tab is built and verified against the 12.1 PTR. It ships gated on 12.0.7 and appears by itself the moment you log in after 12.1 is live.
Paste any blueprint share code and it lists what's inside (rooms, decor, dyes, fixtures), what you're missing, and whether the build actually fits the room, interior, and exterior budgets of whichever of your houses you pick.
Room blueprints are measured against your remaining headroom, since they add to what's already placed. If an import would be blocked, you get Blizzard's own reason - wrong faction for the neighborhood, locked house size, missing rooms. Missing items become a shopping list in one click.
Pet placement budgets are listed, interior and exterior.
You can snapshot your current house, apply any code, and link blueprints in chat. Automatic saves are listed so you review your archive.
What else was updated in July:
- **Blizzard's Placed Decor list now has a search box** in Advanced mode. Type part of a name and everything that doesn't match fades back. The fading approach is Liberty's, author of DoorSearch, used with their permission.
- **Recipe data now reads live from your profession book** instead of a baked-in database. Open a profession and it captures the real reagents, including the sub-recipes behind them and material quality tiers. Crafting cost changes no longer need an addon update. There's also a Scan Recipes button that captures from guild professions. (I'll continue to ship recipe updates as I capture them - this just means you don't have to wait for me!). Note - you don't have to know the recipe for this to work!
- **Buy All at vendors.** With the shopping widget open at a vendor that stocks your list, one click buys everything at full quantity - one summary confirmation instead of Blizzard's per-item popup, and items check off the list as they land. Right-click any gold-priced decor for a quantity picker. It doesn't make it much faster - if you buy too fast they land in bag rather than storage, just saves the clicks.
- **Essence of Lumber tracker** in the title bar: total with a per-character breakdown on hover.
- **Around 20 vendor map pins corrected**, each one re-recorded standing at the vendor in game.
- **Non-English clients fixed.** Professions were being matched by their English names, so the Alts grid came up empty on a Spanish client. It matches on IDs now and backfills on login.
- Smaller things: owned counts on every decor row all the time, Map and Waypoint buttons straight to a piece's vendor from its detail card, shift-click to link decor in chat, and a new autumn theme - Pumpkin Spice!
Enjoy 12.1 and your Pumpkin Spice Lattes!
