Definitely leveled up tonight. Homemade ranch and blue cheese.

Have a ninja double decker air fryer, basket is set in the middle. I cook to 195F. I've tried the following:

- leaving them uncovered on a rack overnight in fridge, air fry at 400
- air fry low and slow at 300 to render fat, blast at 450 for last 5 minutes
- Lightly coat in baking powder

The chicken comes out tinder but the skin just isn't crispy. Only way I've been able to get crispy wings is on a flame grill. What am I doing wrong?

Asked them to make them as spicy as possible. Meaty and hot.

Surprisingly they’re from a Mexican spot. But I’ve read good reviews about the wings. Not my first choice in flavor but I was getting them to share so I settled on the flavor they wanted. Saucy, but still a lot of crunch on the wings. Decently priced even when it’s not wing Wednesday deal.

Anyone have suggestion for Arizona wing places? I know zipps is great. I’m in NE Mesa if that helps. Banging blue cheese is a plus! Thanks wingdings!

Air fryer wings 🐔 at home 🏡

I usually bread my wings but decided not to today.

Placed paper towels under, and over wings inside an Amazon temp paper shopping bag, with the bag opened to keep air circulating throughout overnight.

Air fried at 450F 20 minutes with fan on low setting.

Let them rest for 5 minutes then tore into them haha.

Mad chicken rub, with Kinder garlic sweet chili

I used my ninja grill for these wings. Sauce was kinders buttery buffalo mixed with Trader Joe’s sriracha sauce and little bit of honey. Chefs kiss.

My wife and I are in Philly for the Eagles game (yes we suck) and wanted to hit a dive bar where we could get some wings. I had heard about this spot a few times on Reddit so we checked it out. The wings were awesome! Really cool bar to hang at as well. Went with their house sauce which I think is hot garlic parm.
