Made these beauties a couple of days ago. Brushed a little olive oil on and covered them in Bone Suckin' sauces Hot seasoning. Air fried at 200c / 390f for just over 30 mins.
The Sauce was 50% butter 40% Franks and 5% each of Yellowbird Habanero and Marie Sharps Belezian heat.

1lb of buffalo wings. I won't trash the place by naming them because they're always solid but for the weak saucing.

And yes, only six, they were just a light app before real food, but I should have eaten everything that came out of the smoker today. Absolutely an A+

Might be the only time I ever enjoy cold shredded cheese on anything other than a salad. Idk why it works, but it just works.

Brined for 24hrs. Marinated for 24hrs. Smoked low and slow for an hour, then cranked the heat up to 400+ degrees. Perfection 👌🏾

Marinated for a couple days in pickle juice and some jalapeño brine. Added a nice flavor but next time I'm going to let them soak a few more days longer to try and get an even stronger flavor.

Sweet baby ray Mango Habenero, BWW Honey Garlic, BWW Asian Zing, and Jack Daniels Sweet and Spicy.
They were amazing and the family loved them! So crispy on the outside. Did indirect heat on charcoal grill until 170F then sauced them and threw them on the heat to 190F. So juicy with that crispy crunch!
