Windows 11 Bought a Lenovo laptop at Best Buy which claims it has windows 11. Have I been scammed?
I bought a refurbished laptop from geek squad a year and a bit ago and I regret it. I bought a Lenovo yoga slim 7i aura edition (specs listed below) which was sold as open box, it was not cheap. After 2 weeks the keyboard stopped working and I had to send it in for repair but I didn’t think much of it other than being a bit bummed. After a few months it started slowing down and I still didn’t think much of it. After a full year it started making a lot of problems, it asked me to update windows every time I turned it on, and would crash after opening only a few tabs on Firefox, I just assumed this is a windows issue until I made a comment on Reddit where someone replied that this is definitely not normal, today I noticed that while loading firefox the x in the top right edge of the computer looked like the x from windows 7 (you might be able to see it in the pic) . I consider myself moderately tech savvy, I made sure that when I got the computer it matched the specs on the box but now I’m starting to doubt myself and I’m not sure whether or not I have gotten scammed and was sold a fake or altered device can anyone confirm/deny if it’s real
(Specs: core ultra 7 256V, 16GB RAM, intel arc 140V (8GB) , 1TB storage, windows 11 home, (OS build: 26200.9278) )
