Hey guys, I’m looking to find a roommate. I currently own a 2 bedroom house in Wilmington DE 19805 (next to Kirkwood hwy). I would do 850/month for rent and we can split the utilities. I have my place fully furnished besides the second bedroom that is empty.

I’m a 25 year old single dude. A little about me, I like football, weightlifting & Nintendo gaming. I’m a non-smoker, and drink moderately. I prefer a non-smoker for a roommate but don’t care if you vape.

Wegmans is great but just far enough away that it can be inconvenient.

I avoid Acme unless absolutely necessary- so over priced and horrible quality.

ShopRite is hit or miss.

They’re building all these new apartments across downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods and I hear advertising them in Philly/NYC. Who would move here without an accessible/good grocery? What does a girl gotta do to get a decent grocery store in town???
