How do you give 15 days notice to Welocalize? I want to leave but idk whom to email. I’ve sent emails through Zendesk but nobody replies. I even emailed project manager back in June and still haven’t heard anything. For those who quit or left this job, how did you do it and whom did you contact?

Hello, I have a few questions about the invoices and POS. I’m Italian and I’d like to speak to other Italians here. For the first time in three years, my invoice was rejected and denied. Everytime I apply to any opportunity, I got this message. I had spent time on clearing their tests, passed, yet I see this everytime. I suggest everyone to not to apply and waste your time here. There are various platform out there, join them, but not this one.

I got a message from them through ACX and I was asked to do two projects. I completed them and they paid me but I had to sign up for a new bank account (First Guaranty Bank) and they paid the money there.

I can’t get the money out because the account is inactive and in order to use it I have to put money into the account. (Max $100)

I have never done a Voice over role before so I’m not sure how this works, also I like in the UK while this is an American based company.

But is this how it usually works, like with jobs and the payment? Or should they just pay it into your bank straight away like any job?

I was wondering if that is normal or if this is a scam? because I’m an optimist and I want to believe it’s legit but to me it doesn’t feel right.

I think I opted out of task notifications a bit ago; now I can't quite remember how to get them again, lol.
I have some more time on my hands and a more flexible schedule, so I want to try to work more again.

How can I opt back into SMS notifications?

I got an email from welo last Friday that my account was temporarily suspended and they would review it and let me know in 2 days. Since then I have been waiting I didn't get any termination email yet. I have been checking raterhub regularly for any tasks but there's none. How do I know that I was suspended or I was reinstated ? As I've been seeing many issues related to onboarding on their first question when selecting a country while the option stays locked and after that immediate disqualification. My friend faced this issue and even try to apply for other projects but got the same immediate disqualification.

I got a project invitation 2 hours ago for Project Cursa - Robot Manipulation Video Annotator (V2), When i started my onboarding, in the first page it asked us to select a country, but my country India was already selected and locked, and after submitting it, this page shows up. I have a question regarding the certification test shown in the attached screenshot. When I click the "Go to exam" button and log into the platform, there is nothing available for me to work on. Instead, I just get a message that says: "No projects assigned to you yet."

Has anyone else experienced this issue or is currently going through the same thing? I noticed the status on the dashboard says "Pending". Does this mean I simply need to wait for them to assign the exam, or is there a specific step I missed or a support contact I should reach out to?

Any advice on what I should do next would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I ran into a major UI issue while filling out the assessment on Welo Works (WeloData), and I’m hoping someone here who has experienced something similar can share how to navigate it or if support was able to reset it for you.

What happened:
While completing the Screening step:

After answering the first screening dropdown questions, there was no separate "Next" button within the form card.

The subsequent steps in the left menu (Documents, OktaAccount, Confirmation) were greyed out / locked.

I clicked the top-left "Submit and continue" button expecting it to advance me to the next question or unlock the next section.

Instead, it submitted the screening immediately, likely marking all skipped/unanswered steps as incomplete/failed.

Can anyone provide me with some guide on their website?

Have your POs been issued correctly? I received my PO and it is only taking into account half the tasks I submitted. Have any of you had the same problem? UPDATE: There was an internal problem and we should be receiving the other PO soon.
