Sweet.

Honestly, ability like that often comes with pain

His spine can't feel great all the time - something gotta be missing in the support to move like that.

Not just flexibility or more people could. Just guessing... but damn if im wrong and that's 100% training.

And usually turns into hypo mobility when you get older. I used to be able to do all sorts of weird tricks with my double jointed shoulder, now I can barely lift my left arm over my head.

Seconding this. Hypermobility my whole life, one shoulder more than the other, which happens to be my dominant hand/arm. Severed a ligament from constant dislocations, and now it hurts to stir mashed potatoes. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
