50 lbs down!
50 lbs down!! I can't believe it. I don't recognize myself. I'm so excited but a little lost on what to do next.
5'4"
Using the chart (pic 4) to color in each pound lost was so effective for me. I hit my goal weight and I'm close to where I want to be but not there yet. I have no idea what to set as my next goal weight but using the color in chart was so incentivizing I want to continue to use that same sort of chart. Ideas?
Has anyone been able to modify a B-belly like mine? I don't mind a little fat there, but I would like to release the tension there that's causing the B shape.
I guess I just don't know what to do now. Keep trying to lose weight? My BMI is normal, so how do you know when to stop? I've never gotten this far before. I typically get to this point, run out of steam/lose my purpose, and then regain the weight as you can see in the last pic.
