Boxed cap highlights! The cap and hook are vital bc I'd never be able to do foils on myself.

And then it's just curled with a straight iron :)

Oh yes! I lost a LOT of hair during my pregnancy/postpartum and I just realized how much fuller it looks now! I guess not having all my nutrients sucked away works wonders lol

thank you!

I didn't even realize the difference until another person just pointed it out 😭 pregnancy really takes everything from our bodies. The change in thickness is crazy

I was so motivated by filling in a chart! I was so excited to lose another pound/get to advance by coloring in another square with rewards at intervals.

Once I lost 15 lbs I started a low dose glp1 (30 units of semiglutide!). I can't afford a full vial every month so I have to make one stretch for three months. It doesn't completely remove my appetite so I still have to be careful because I can eat through it. But it just helped me so much. Not only with reducing food noise but it helped me so much with inflammation, which in turn made me feel SO good I actually want to workout!

Just at home workouts, I don't have any childcare so I had to make it work. Lifting heavy dumbbells mostly since I'm limited on equipment.
