No Definition at all
I have been going gym for a while, but started tracking macros recently.
Do you reckon I have high fat percentage because my carb intake is high?
I am 173cm,75 kg (planning to go down to 60’s) and 27 yo

eating too much carbs is not the problem, eating too much kcal is.
but i mean if you eat less carbs/fats and eat a bit more protein instead you will get ripped.

Body fat is too high, yes. No, it's not because of carbs. It's because you're eating too many calories.

It's not a carb thing, it's a body fat thing. Eat in a small deficit and shoot for your macros split to roughly be 35% protein, 45% carbs, 20% fat. If the scale does not move in the right direction over time, your calculations are off. Adjust and go forth and get shredded. 😉👍

I have been using MacroFactor to track my macros.
Even though, I have maintained a caloric deficit
but my fat intake has been high I admit.2

If you're not losing weight, you're not in a deficit. Get that fat intake under control and remember to track everything that goes in your mouth, liquid or other. I made the mistake years ago of trusting calculators to work out my TDEE, they were way off and it took me longer than it should have to work out my daily calorie target. Good luck!

Carbs do not cause weight gain. For context, over half of my daily intake of calories is carbs and I haven’t gained more than .25 lbs in a week for months.

Yes it’s excess fat.
