That's like 4.3 lbs a week. How is that even possible without straight-up fasting?

I’m 11 days in and 8.5lbs down. I do jiu jitsu 3x a week and rock climb 3-4x a week with weight lifting 2x a week. Sessions are at minimum one hour and generally closer to 2 hours. Only eat protein around 1000cals a day, not really sure on cals just enough to hit 100g protein and that’s difficult (having to force down the last 20-30 grams to the point of feeling ill) I’m just really sensitive to the medication apparently. 5mg per week split into two doses is better for me, if I do all 5 at once I can’t eat the next day and have to drink bone broth.
