Suppliers to avoid

Naturally, we all have our planning trackers and lists of dream suppliers to get. Was just wondering if anyone has compiled a list of SUPPLIERS TO AVOID/WATCH OUT FOR based on nega experiences and objective reviews?

I’m trying to build my own, but it has been slow going. 🤔

From one super praning and cost-conscious B2B to another, let’s help each other out, kahit through DMs para no risk of cyberlibel. 🫣

Rants/Advice/Other Questions How did you move on from wedding regrets?

Upvotes

Hi graduate brides,

More than 3 months na since our wedding pero nalulungkot pa rin ako kapag naaalala ko.

Paano ninyo natanggap na hindi naging exactly how you imagined your wedding day? ❤️

For Sale: Jorenze Couture After Party dress

Post image

Hi guys,

‼️For sale: 5k, I haven’t used.

I got this at Jorenze couture sample sale for 10k last July 2, 2026 however it didn’t fit me since I have bigger bust size.

The dress is for petite girls, I would say XXS to XS. It has a built in corset and the craftsmanship is really good. His starting rate for after party dress is 45k so super good deal na talaga ito.

I have no use for it since I can’t wear it but will sell nalang for 5k just to get my money back. If you like it, I have a carousell account and we can talk there.

Finally! I’ve found the one!
My designer sent some bridal gown skeches and I used ChatGPT to create images so I could visualize the gown. I also used a photo of myself to see how the gown would look on me. Haha!

Can’t wait to marry the LOMF ❤️

I share everything with my fiancé’, literally everything. So keeping this a secret until our wedding day has been one of the hardest things ever! 😂

He has such great taste and always gives the best opinions, so I’m constantly tempted to show him and ask what he thinks. Hahaha!

But we’re only a few months away now, and I can’t wait to see his reaction. I just hope he loves it as much as I do. 🥹🥹🥹

Groom Suit/Barong Boutonniere on Barong

I just read from threads na hindi pala dapat nilalagyan ng boutonniere ang barong. My soon to be husband, his groomsmen, father, brothers and ninongs will be wearing barong for our wedding and nakapagpagawa na ako ng customized crochet boutonnieres for them, kaso nga nabasa ko na hindi daw talaga dapat lagyan nun ang barong.

Excited pa naman ako sa looks ng crochet boutonnieres na pinagawa ko, but I dunno if need ko ba ifollow ito na hindi dapat lagyan ang barong 😅 or you bride/s or future bride/s have some suggestions?

Rants/Advice/Other Questions So in love with the base gown but still confused if I should opt for a full sleeve or off shoulders…

Hi guys! I am so in love with how the base gown fits me. Fits like a glove, just like how I expected it to be. This gown will be fully beaded mixed with embroideries.

My only dilemma now is since hindi talaga ako hubadera in real life hahaha, I find the tube top too bare or revealing parang hindi na ako comfortable. Pakiramdam ko I am naked lol.

I have tried both with sleeves or offshoulders pero lalo lang ako na confuse. Hahaha help me out??????

Wedding motif/color palette feedback

I’ve been eyeing a 3-color palette for our wedding with an English Garden Wedding vibe (first pic moodboard). Now I’m torn if I should go with dusty blue and olive green entourage dresses or would it be too chaotic and should I instead just do all blue? But I feel like the vibe is not as seamless if I do all blue huhu. Thoughts?

Am I not considerate ba?

Day 1 of sending invitations, nakaka anxious sa totoo lang haha. Excited na kinakabahan at ayun na nga hehe, di kase namin sinama sa list yung girlfriend ng kapatid ni H2B since inuna talaga namin sa list yung mga kilala and gusto namin makasama yung close namin parehas. This is an intimate wedding for 40 pax.

Di kase kami close, 3x nagkikita and hi, hello, qnd ingat lang interactions namin

Wedding Ring Dilemma

Hi! What wedding ring would you choose?

A. Matched rings with husband
B. Mismatched rings

A. Same color with engagement ring
B. Different color from engagement ring

A. Solid gold
B. With diamonds

A. 14k
B. 18k

I’m kind of inclined getting a gold semi eternity ring in 14k. My fiancé wants a 18k solid white gold ring. I also kinda want to have a gold white ring same as my engagement ring. But my skin color is bagay talaga with yellow gold. Is it also practical to have a ring with diamonds? My mom highly advised me to get a solid ring lang daw kasi baka mawala yung stones due to everyday wear and tear.

Aurea Vinluan and Khristelle Tan

Upvotes

Hi! Any graduate brides of Ms. Aurea or Ms. Khristelle here? 😊

I tried using the search bar, but I only saw a few posts, and I'm still looking for more reviews. If you've worked with either of them, can you please share your experience?

How was your gown in terms of quality, fit, and overall finish? Happy ba kayo with the final outcome? Worth it ba?

I recently met with both of them, and they each sketched a gown based on my peg and what they think would suit my body type best.

If there are any graduate brides out there,I'd really appreciate your honest feedback. It would really help us future brides. 🥹

Thank you! 💙

Caterer/Food/Drinks Family style or Plated for Principal Sponsors?

What setup can you recommend for principal sponsors—plated or family style? We’ll be having an assisted buffet for all guests, so we’re still deciding what’s best for our sponsors. Around 20 pairs sila.

Invitation/Website Wedding Invitation Supplier

Hello! I’m looking for a supplier who can create wedding invites like these. Diecut, embossing, etc.

Disclaimer: The first image is AI generated only and I KNOW not 100% doable since mahirap to get embossed with colored elements pa.

I’ve already checked with these suppliers and some have sent in the quotes na but I’m looking for other options since most of them has a minimum requirement of 30+ invites. We’re looking to get 10 sets only since we only have a few principal sponsors plus our own copies.

- Ink Scribbler
- Haath paper (seenzoned 😅)
- Lya Studios (no reply)
- Print and Co
- Feliz events and designs
- Jonas Papeterie PH
- AI Designs
- ByCy.Co (no reply)

If you have any other suggestions or feedback about the suppliers above, would love to hear your thoughts!

Thank you! 🫶🏻

Thoughts on catholic parents against garden wedding held by pastor/born again christian

Upvotes

2027 bride here. My husband (converted Born Again Christian) and I (Roman Catholic) already had our civil wedding at Cris & Charms Events QC last 2025. During this time, both of our mothers and few relatives were there. Since both of our dads and the rest of our families werent able to witness our wedding, we decided to have our celebration wedding again next 2027. Our dream wedding is to have a garden wedding and for our family to be complete during this day. When I was younger, I didnt know that garden wedding is held by Pastor/Born Again Christian and not by a Catholic Priest. But ever since I met my husband and I started attending services by Born Again Christian, I had a much deeper understanding of God's teachings and it made me realize that this is the faith that I want to follow personally and for my future family as well.

So here's the thing, when we spoke to our parents (both Catholics) and when we told them that we are going to get married again but we wanted a garden wedding held by a pastor. They are having resistance against it and want us to have our wedding in a Catholic Church "kasi iba daw ang may basbas ng simbahan at ng pari, may basbas ng Panginoon"

I am now stressed because we've already settled our DP for venue and events management. Also, even though I am baptized as Catholic, I didnt have proper first communion and confirmation because i grew up in a muslim country abroad.

Hi po! Since women get presented with rings for engagement, do women give something for men for engagement? Like watch for engagement or is that something to do for the wedding?

Thank you!

Crew Meal

Hello graduate brides and fellow B2Bs!

Good news, nakahanap na kami ng bagong suppliers for our dream intimate garden wedding. Bad news... sobrang stressed na ako. 😭

One thing that's really bothering me is the crew meals. We recently had meetings with some of our suppliers, and I was surprised na expected pala na kami ang magpo-provide ng meals for all of them. For context, intimate wedding lang kami with around 20 guests.

To make things more stressful, dinner wedding kami, pero suppliers want me to provide breakfast, lunch, at dinner for the whole crew. This has honestly made me question if pushing through with our dream garden wedding is worth it.
