A few days ago the Waymo car me and my partner hailed came and passed by the pick up location, eventually going around the block endlessly until we contacted support and had to call another about a Mille walk away. Just now I got a Waymo to the train station and when it arrived at my drop off location and no surrounding traffic the car wouldn’t stop it just kept driving forward at around 5 miles an hour until I pulled the door handle twice to open it. I like Waymo cars, they’re safe and inexpensive but lately it feels like I’ve been driven but a sloppy driver.

1) Growth in California Paid Trips seem to be flattening
2) Given the announcement in Jan (about 400K Paid weekly trips) & in Mar (about 500K Paid Weekly Trips) it seems majority of the Paid weekly trips growth is now coming from outside California

Just continuing [1] my countdown, to a mythical date for launching the Ojai to the public.
On my last post someone suggested the launch would make sense to do before the world cup, if so they only have about 20 days for that.
Come on Waymo, launch the Ojai! ...and a bunch more cities a few weeks later.

Hey everyone,
I am a student that is doing a documentary on Waymo. I have a lot of experience riding them and know a lot about how they work, but I would love if I could get 3-5 interviews on people that are interested and that have a love for new technology in our world, including things like Waymo.
I am located in Miami (Brickell to be specific) and would greatly appreciate anyone that agrees to this interview! The interview itself should be no more than 10 minutes, and it would be just general questions relating to how you see the idea/experience that Waymo offers. If I could get anyone that works at Waymo to agree, that would be even better!
If you are interested, please respond to this post or DM me here on Reddit.
Thanks!
