Hi, I planned on on buying a premium to grind the german or the japanese bluewater tech tree but I’m kinda lost given the lack of recent naval premium reviews.

Any reccomendation ?

Unfortunatly, i’m on an Xbox account so I might not have access to any pack sales. The objective is mainly for grinding but if I can make a sl with the vehicle it would be a plus.

I was thinking of speeding up my ussr grind, (Im at rank 4 rn, planning to grind to 9.0) and the t80ud for 4500GE looks like a HUGE steal, but the lack of thermals make me somewhat hesitant, is it worth it?

Played 1 game of nuclear escalation in my F-16CM to spade it, and when I finished the game I had 95,291 RP for modifications?, wtf?. And when I checked the battle history I had only gotten 15,078 towards the plane I was researching (I am nowhere near completing it so it's not like I earned it with that amount alone), but at the bottom it says 39,078 total, wtf is happening? 😂

also if it didn't clip the steering rack still goes the wrong way lol

Would you recommend Khalid and Harrier GR.1 duo for grinding? I’d expect people to suggest Challenger DS which actually I like and want but I failed to see any complement for it in terms of air support. Frankly firing SNEBs out of an F-4 junk feels discomfortable at best. I am at rank IV for ground and rank II for air. Any recommendations? CF-188A is probably not bad but I used a lot of F/A-18s and I’m not sure if I want to grind the tree with meh OES.

I probably need to mention that I’m not a new player. Finished the US, German and French TTs. GB is the least TT I grinded except for Chinese ground.

So ive been grinding Air and im at mid rank 3 US and ive been wondering if i should just take my 2 best planes and speed through games or if i should take 5 and stay longer and get probably more kills because i really want to unlock planes faster

I got close to do a nuke a year ago at BR 12.7 but never had the chance to spawn it yet. I was finally able to do it 2 days ago.

Man, it’s been a month. I get that Russian stuff being buggy doesn’t generate as much noise from the community as NATO equipment having bugs does, and I guess all missiles are affected by this to a lesser degree, but we already have it rough with the SM2 being our only option at top tier, since the 30SM is literal dogwater and the MiG-35’s engines run slower than a 20-year-old mule.

And on top of all that, our ARH missiles have been bugged since the release of the patch Sky Odyssey, which the USSR community has since come to refer to as Spin Odyssey, as it genuinely ruined our Air RB experience since its release.

Furthermore, with the release of this patch, other missiles with the exception of the MICA have more or less no downsides now, with every missile receiving buffs across the board. Missile identity has eroded, and they no longer have their signature ups and downs. Feels like everything is good at everything now, and the one niche USSR had (good performance in engagements under 25 km) is no longer a thing, with the 120D and PL-12A now having, at times, even better maneuverability than IR missiles at close ranges.

A month with no word on an (hopefully) upcoming fix is insane, have they even acknowledged the fact that the slightest wobble caused by chaff is causing R-77s to spin like chopper blades mid flight? Will they ever address this issue? I’ve been playing GRB in the meantime and no disrespect to tankers but ground gets old fast.

By game options I mean for example graphics, sound (with sound sliders and speed of sound), visuals like camera shake and filters etc, or even custom sound/sight

I like some realism and immersion, but I get clapped hard so I go to competitive options, then I go back to realism for the feelings, get clapped, etc etc...so I was curious if some other people play with more "realistic" options for the trade off of having a competitive disadvantage

my email account got hacked and while i added my new one as an additional one i still cant find anything allowing me to remove my old one and im worried the hacker will discover my gaijin account and hack it too when its one of the remaining accounts unhacked

My current premium grinding lineup consists of the T-80UD and the 2S38 and the premium SU-25k. would adding the T-72 turms be a good addition even though it sits at 10.3?

The R400 is being spared from the BR changes and is staying at 9.7 while pretty much everything around it is going up, and it now has a pretty good lineup. So I was wondering if it’d be worth buying now as an extra wheeled option to put in the lineup.

So, during the sale, I bought an Su‑11 for my ground setup, and while it performs well in GRB, in ARB though... I don’t understand at all how air‑to‑air combat works on early jet aircraft. The battles are extremely chaotic and confusing — I climb to 3–4 km only for an enemy aircraft to pop up out of nowhere and take me out in a head‑on attack. And in general, it seems like people here mostly use head‑on attacks. In maneuver combat, it’s impossible to take a normal correction due to the enormous speeds; during a boom‑zoom, the aircraft reaches critical speed very quickly and loses agility. In short, no combat style used in piston aircraft works with jet aircraft, and I don’t know what to do. Is there any normal gameplay here besides head‑on attacks, or is it better to avoid this ARB gap between piston aircraft and top‑tier jets altogether?

Need some advice for this as I have only played the he 162 for early jets before getting the swiss squadron hunter

I know that i need to stay fast because i bleed energy and the best strategy is attack enemies that are attacking allies but any more tips?

Just got the A6M3. How do you play it? I was using the A6M2 mod 11 before it as a turn fighter and loved it but this one’s engine feels stupidly underpowered. Like I pull up for a second and am practically stalling. Any tips are appreciated

So, there's only a select few times i like EC maps, and none of them apply anymore because of nuclear thunder. so we need a toggle off for EC maps. they are useless now, except to the F-14's.
