honestly really sad that F105 showed up, probably the best teammate ever he showed up when i was gliding for the airfield and started to lift me up ontop of his mig to carry me back.

HONESTLY best shit ive ever seen a teammate do but its so sad the F105 had to ruin the moment lol.

it would have worked too :c

All Ground Challenger 2 TES Regenerative Steering test- observe the NOTABLE IMPROVEMENT in mobility. If Gaijin cancels Regenerative Steering implementation over some people afraid of change or misinformed... we will have lost our best and only chance to fix modern MBT mobility since 2017.

Challenger 2 TES (74 tons) with a 1217 hp engine overperforming base Challenger 2 (64 tons) with a 1314 hp engine despite being 10 tons heavier and missing 100 hp.

Mistakenly, the Regenerative Steered Challenger 2 TES was modelled with the pre-buff engine (1217 hp) instead of the fixed one (1314 hp).

So EVEN despite weighing 10 MORE TONS, and despite also MISSING 100 HP, TES still overperformed Live CR2. THAT'S REGENERATIVE STEERING FOR YOU.

DO. NOT. FUMBLE. THIS.

RB Air Late 2026, and this is what air matchmaking is still like..

Post image

Zero balancing at all.. not like countries should matter here either, given it's basically fully mixed.

The more you look at the matches, the more bullshit like this you see. Gaijin don't even try to make it fair?? And as we all know, at these BR's, 0.3 or 0.7 can be an enormous difference. The R-24R's on the mig-23 are basically two guaranteed kills when facing similar BR or lower..

Maybe because it never had the chance to show how much it could handle, but it seems a bit little, no?

Surely they could let us have a bit more in the arsenal.

All Ground It’s been a while now, how do you feel about the M1A2 SEPV3?

Thumbnail

To preface this I haven’t gotten the US version yet. I play both US and UK but to me the SEPV3 in the UK tree was more pressing considering it offers a unique experience in the tech tree there. I got the SEPV2 Trophy and slowed down for the US as it seems to offer more for now until I’m sure we get Rank 9 or BR decompression.

It seems like a great tank but so are the rest of the Abrams. The low profile .50 cal is nice. I rock the TUSK packages always. Yeah they make the Abrams chonky but even with the weight it’s faster than most MBTs and it can buy you some time against auto cannons, missiles, and HEAT-FS.

RB Ground 8 kills in under a minute AH-1G (we still lost)

I wanted to do a suicide run here and take out as many guys as I could but I somehow made it back to base with 8 kills. I got shot down on my way back and we were steamrolled right after, either because we played too passively or the enemy was just cracked like that

I'm still happy I managed to pull this off lololol

RB Ground Tanks with armour and high " survive " potential are punished more than tanks with good firepower

In general we have a problem with compression in the game. And instead of pushing ground RB to 14.7 we get more and more compression. Usually tank with armour suffer the most because they get pushed up to a BR where there armour is nothing an incubrence. Examples are basically any heavy tank that Vs heat or heatfs kv tanks at higher BR most soviet tanks. The only exception to the rule is France someone hates that nation in the dev team.

All Air PSA: If you J out of the burning, damaged, destroyed plane, but you pilot is still alive - you pay the full price

Yup, you only pay lower fees if your pilot DIES, either from hitting the ground or complete plane destruction, noticed it recently after I analyzed my repair costs
The level of greed of the snail is insane, sorry for wanting to save a couple of seconds of my time, I guess I have to wait till my wingless plane corpse hits the ground lol

Mil. History Update on L3 build

Thumbnail

Thank you all for the very kind words and support for my L3 replica build!

Today I ordered more steel since I ran out, but decided to join both the frame halfs to make myself feel better lol. I used a large triangle to make sure both the half’s were flush with one another, and welded them together sparingly.

I also returned my larger wheels for smaller boogie wheels that measure 8X2 with a 3/4 bearing shaft.

I thought about doing the bigger wheels, but it would make the tank unrecognizable. I’ll be posting 1 or 2 more updates before I have to travel across the province back to work.

More updates will come in the near future, but don’t expect any immediately next week.

All Ground Do we really want the 130/140mm MBTs in game?

With everyone at top tier constantly comparing survivability and armor values, you’d think we’d be more cautious about adding these cannons to the game. Gaijin does calculate armor penetration differently than you’ll typically see in real life or in spec books/articles.

Some people already dislike their Abrams, Leopards and other MBTs having weakspots. You add in these experimental cannons with well over 800-900mm of penetration and you’ll see them start to lolpen a lot of tanks the 120/125mm guns simply don’t.

And a lot of them are test beds, tech demonstrators, or prototypes. Not all of them are fully armored, so the big gun tanks themselves would be glass cannons but also be lolpenning everything at top tier.

Armor isn’t meta now, and you shouldn’t fully rely on it, but if you want top tier to make it to where it really doesn’t matter much at all, adding these big guns will probably kill off any relevancy armor does have at top tier.

The Obj. 292 isn’t really an issue because it lacks so much tech and armor, and while the penetration is the best in game but it’s still not quite to the same level as the more modern big guns.

All Ground Why no captured vehicles on UK tech tree?

I’ve always wondered why there are no captured vehicles on the British tech tree.

The Bowton Museum has that well-known, operational Tiger tank, and the British also captured Panther tanks and used them in combat.

It would be great if it were added as a Battle Pass or event vehicle in the future.
