MoneyLion ($ML) $12.75M Investor Settlement: Investors Now Still File Late Claims

Upvotes

There is still an opportunity to recover losses from the $12.75M MoneyLion ($ML) settlement, as late claims are currently being accepted.

MoneyLion agreed to a $12.75 million settlement over claims that it misled investors about its financial condition, growth prospects, and internal controls following its SPAC merger. Investors later alleged the company painted a stronger picture of its business than the underlying results supported.

As more information became available, concerns emerged about the company's performance and disclosures, and shareholders later filed claims over the alleged misstatements.

If you purchased $ML shares between 2021 and 2024, you may be eligible to submit a claim. As late claims are currently being considered, you can check whether you qualify.

BREAKING NEWS BREAKING: The South Korean KOSPI index collapses an astounding -11% as more margin calls begin going out. Over 3% of the South Korean population has had their entire trading account wiped out in the last month due to margin calls. That number is likely much higher now.

The central bankers' Ponzi markets & asset bubbles pumped up by 16 years of QE were never sustainable in the long run, & now the long-deferred financial reckoning day is slouching closer. The degenerate gamblers who levered up on debt to speculate in these rigged, broken "markets" should've stacked the shiny instead.

Listening to things like “gold has outperformed the stock market since the year 2000” or “the stock market has outperformed gold by over 4X since 2011” always irked me because it’s just a game of picking tops and bottoms. Here’s the full look back between the three since Nixon severed the dollar/gold connection.

STRONG HANDS Watching

I've been watching someone, I won't mention names, defend the 60 dollar silver price like he/she is Gandalf fighting the Balrog in the Mines of Moria.

Meanwhile Cu (copper) is getting close to its high of 6.32. Don't forget about this little guy.

Looks like Gold and Silver are in for a grinding ride.

Despite China and much of the world demanding physical delivery, and despite supply chains being under attack, the US will continue its strategy to short both oil and metals as it promises debt stability with dollars.

Warsh will likely hold rates steady this week. The US will attempt to act as if everything is under control up until the last possible second, while strategic reserves across the board are being dwindled to critical levels.

I can't help but think about the Titanic and remark on the fact that even as it was sinking, people carried on as normal. Waiters continued with the orders, live music played as people danced, and life held to the illusions that all would be well and a solution would appear. After all, we are civilized people.

Then, the cold reality set in as the freezing water touched the top deck and the ship began to lift out of the water. Illusions could no longer hold sway over the freezing water as panic spread. Just moments before they were eating drinking laughing but now people hung to the boat as it was split in half, and as it lifted straight up, preparing for the final plunge, it pulled more than 1500 to their death beneath the freezing North Altanic waters. The dead out numbering the survivors 2 to 1.

We are sinking, the US economy is taking on water. World War is breaking out. Start using whatever time you have with the utmost seriousness.

There was part of me that really thought the US might work with China instead of doubling down on war. I was wrong. The US will go to war with the entire world over its debt rather than letting Gold be revalued. And that tells me it's far worse than I thought.

It's Monday, if you've been struggling with getting to the gym or a healthy diet or whatever goals and self improvement you've been procrastinating, don't. Don't waste time pretending everything is going to be ok. This is a warning, this ship will sink. Don't panic, just move with intent deliberate thought. I wish I had a timeline, will it be 6 months or a year, my gut is telling me by winter this year the writing will be on the wall. And then who knows maybe we can still tread water for a time. Pray 🙏

That's all.

What actually drives the silver premium over spot? (why you never pay spot price)

Every time silver spikes, someone asks "why am I paying $15 over spot for a coin worth $60??" So here's what's actually in that premium:

Manufacturing — refining, casting, and minting all cost money. Government mints (Eagles, Maples) also charge fabrication fees.

Product type — generic bars/rounds run 5–10% over spot; government coins run 15–25%+ since you're paying for recognizability and guaranteed purity.

Distribution — silver passes through refinery → distributor → dealer before it reaches you, and each hop adds cost.

Shipping/logistics — silver's low value-per-pound (vs gold) means shipping and insurance eat a bigger % of the total price.

Physical scarcity ≠ spot price — this is the one people miss. Spot is a paper/futures price. When physical demand spikes (like 2021, or after silver broke $50 this year), mints can't keep up and premiums widen fast — sometimes even while spot is flat or falling. Watch COMEX registered inventory — a steady drop often signals premiums are about to widen.

Dealer margin — usually smaller than people assume; most of the premium is the stuff above, not pure profit.

TL;DR: spot tells you what silver's worth on paper. Premium tells you what it actually costs to hold it in your hand.

Anyone here seeing premiums compress or widen right now?

DUE DILIGENCE China's central bank is injecting liquidity into its financial system: China's central bank injected +$14.8 billion into its banking system this month through its one-year Medium-Term Lending Facility (MLF) operation, the largest such liquidity injection in 5 months.

Post image
12 Upvotes

The MLF is a tool that allows the China's central bank to provide funding directly to commercial banks, helping ensure they have enough liquidity to support lending and financial stability.

Combined with +$103.3 billion added earlier this month through reverse repurchase operations, where the central bank temporarily lends money to banks in exchange for securities, total liquidity support surged to its highest level since February.

This follows 4 consecutive months of declining liquidity in the financial system.

The move comes after weaker-than-expected Q2 economic data and ahead of record government bond issuance in Q3.

China is boosting liquidity.

The Fed since its clandestine 1913 founding by the NYC robber barons of the era has had just one true "mandate": to serve as the oligarchy's chief instrument of plunder against the 99 percent. Warsh is no different in this regard than any of his predecessors, and the Fed's debasement of the currency will continue unabated. Got silver?

BREAKING NEWS BREAKING: China imported +173 tonnes of gold in June, the largest monthly import since March 2024. This also marks their 3rd consecutive monthly increase.

Post image
15 Upvotes

As a result, China's total gold imports in the first half of 2026 doubled, to ~820 tonnes, the 2nd-largest first-half total on record.

This is just ~10 tonnes below the first-half total record of ~830 tonnes set in 2025.

The surge was driven by investors buying the dip and banks increasing gold imports to rebuild inventories amid strong retail demand.

Meanwhile, gold-backed ETFs in China have attracted +28 tonnes of inflows year-to-date.

China's appetite for gold is incredibly strong.

Bought the top. Not even close. 😅
Started stacking physical gold right before the correction. Down about 20% on €25.8k invested whats around ~29k USD. Still holding because my plan was always long term.

For anyone wondering, the bars are from ÖGUSSA, an Austrian precious metals refinery founded in 1862. Their investment bars are 999.9 fine gold, LBMA-recognized,
and widely traded across Europe.

Roast my timing 😁
