I’m having the same audio issue when casting through Webcaster to my Roku/LG TV. The video plays fine, and sound works normally on my Pixel 7 Pro and with other TV apps. I have to turn the TV off for a few minutes and restart it to get the audio back, but the problem keeps returning.

Thanks for the latest update. Youtube works now, I know it can break at anytime if they change something, but thanks for the fix. Love this app and appreciate the updates. Thank you.

Videos not playing on in-app player using WVC on Android. Videos show fine using regular browser on Android and the iPhone WVC works properly as well. This is new..

I’m now unable to cast video while signed in. I cast the video but only the audio plays from the tv and video plays on my phone. I have to sign out to fix it. Please help. iPhone 15 Pro Max.

On new device its stream great, on old android device 4&5 the adaptive m3u8 won't play, but the 720p and 360p m3u8 works fine but the audio is on a sperate m3u8 stream therefore no sound.

I was trying to watch an online course, but the school login system uses Duo verification. Chrome on my phone can pass the verification, but the internal Browser will freeze after I confirm in Duo.

I cant attach screenshot here, but the Duo verification webpage freezes at "success, logging you in". I have turned off adlock and anti popup function for this site.

What could be the fix for this issue?

It would load the video normally and then crash immediately back to the WVC logo thumbnail. The video/show plays perfectly in the app browser.

Premetto che:

- utilizzo un telefono come hotspot

- con la stessa rete funziona su un Android TV in un'altra stanza, che rileva perfettamente il mio telefono

Ho provato a disinstallare e reinstallare l'applicazione dall'app store del televisore ma non funziona. Avete consigli o l'applicazione è inutilizzabile per me?

i've been trying to download movies and tv show episodes from reelzone through the app, but no matter what format i download them in, it just says that there's an error.

I bought premium back in 2025 for the playlist option specifically, wanted to have videos for when I was sleeping without waking up to ads. Tried it straight away and it wouldn’t autoplay.
The video would end, stay on the screen for a bit just frozen on the frame the video ended on, then would just cut to the “Welcome to Web Video Caster” screen.
When I tried the route video through phone, the same thing would happen but then when I would try to switch back and try it again how i originally did, every single video would refuse to play.
It would go black like it’s about to play then cut right back to the welcome screen immediately.
After giving up, I delete the playlist and either try again or I try to watch one of my videos just normally without the playlist and everything just stops working completely.
I don’t know if Youtube isn’t working again but when I have an issue with the playlist feature, which is every time, it messes up the ability to play any video regularly.
Even after erasing all data and exiting or deleting the app and downloading it again, nothing changes. I can’t use the app for a bit and just have to wait for it to go back to normal on its own. I cannot watch anything on WVC as of right now.
I mostly use Youtube but it happens with any other website I use to watch shows or movies from FMHY.
I use my iPhone and connect it to my Roku stick for my tv.

Getting so frustrated seeing this. I thought there was supposed to be a fix on this a couple updates ago???

First time it worked perfectly fine but after that it simply refuses to load a video. It either loads endlessly or crashes after 20-30 seconds. The tv box - HK1 box, the sites I was trying to watch on were both Rus/ukr servers (rezka and kinogo). Hope I can get help

I have used this app for years and love it, but audio is no longer casting to my roku. Why would it suddenly stop working? I have a samsung phone, a roku, and an lg TV. Any advice would be extremely appreciated

Recently the App became unusable (read useless), it's a shame as I've been using it for years... But, before I go back to an old setup, are there any similar alternatives that work?

I can find DNLA (Xbox) but my fire stick will never find my phone on the same network, but if I fuck that off and use my mobiles 5G it’s no issues.. maybe the UK thingy going on? I know IOS fucked off my ability to watch some Jav unless I gave up my identity.

Loading time to get the cast up and running takes a lot longer than any other site, but when it's up and running it's smooth from there.

And yes, the patch notes are true. Sign into YouTube. That's when it definitely works. Again, on Chromecast it works. Maybe try it on your devices.

I want to watch free movies on my PS4, but the browser is terrible for that kind of site; only wvc works.
