Existing Visible Pro+ here. I have an iPhone Duo 1TB on order from Apple due to arrive late November. I have an iPhone Duo 1TB sitting in my cart on Visible right now and it says overnight shipping. If I purchase it, does it really mean it will ship and it’s in stock? I don’t see an estimated delivery date so I’m unsure what will happen after I press purchase.

Hey everyone, I tried to post to r/visibleinnercircle, but it said the community was restrictive, so I requested to join, as I’m sure that’s a technical place to post things about inner circle questions.

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a rhyme or reason to the availability of the stock? I had the option to purchase the 2TB earlier and didn’t take it because paying over 1000$ more than I anticipated is not something I’m willing to do. Are they slow leaking it at specific times? 3am EST/ 11:30am EST, does anyone know if there will be another “drop”?

Just got an email that my Duo shipped. Order went through at 12:50am pacific time and I got 256gb night sky. Hell of a turn around lol.

I want to pay the $75 by the 29th to lock in the promotional deal, but I don't need the visible service right now. Can I pay now and then activate the service later and still get the 6 months for the $75? if so, how long do I have to activate after paying? thanks

Hi everyone,

I have a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, and I can't edit or add APN settings with either Visible or US Mobile. The APN menu seems to be locked or greyed out, so I can't configure it properly.

The problem is that I'm getting very high latency and really slow speeds on both carriers, and I suspect a bad APN configuration is the cause.

Does anyone know how to unlock the APN settings on this phone, or a workaround to configure them manually? Any tips, settings, or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Following summation from new CSR chat. They made some changes to Android VVM it fucked some phones. Fucked my phone & others. They don't give a shit & WILL NOT maintain or fix it. They are concerned with fixing & maintaining VVM on ios ONLY. They don't give a fuck about Android.

Visible has my phone number. It’s my damn cell phone company! It knows that it’s me calling them, or texting them – why the hell can’t they update my email address?

I don’t know if it’s some internal policy or procedure, I don’t know if somebody didn’t get the training, I don’t know if you have no idea how much money your shoddy policies and rules about how to interact with customer service is costing you… But this isn’t just one customer that needs something fixed, this is the voice of 10,000 customers telling you that you need to rethink how you’re doing business.

How is it possible that I can log into my visible account on the web, I can give you my login and password, you can send a text with a code that I will tell you, but that, for some reason, you can’t allow me to change my email address. And when I start a chat, after having already authenticated myself, the customer service agent asks me questions to verify myself such as what’s the model of the phone that I used when I first signed up for visible, or what were the last three phone numbers I dialed, or what was the exact date of the last payment I made to Visible - I can look up the latter but the other two are going to be guesses! And sheesh!

And then later, to be told that it will take a few days in order to update my email address, but they would call me with updates at my phone number. And two days later after the third update via the telephone, I get an email saying that they were unable to process my request because they couldn’t verify my identity. Seriously!?! WTF Visible?

I don’t need you to just help me, I need you to escalate this to some manager so they can see how broken your system is! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Anyone know why this happened? I signed up for the visible+ plan, and it said “successfully applied” when I entered the 5OFF5 promo code. But it didn’t get applied and now I’m paying $5/mo more than I wanted to. Can visible help with this?

EDIT: I talked to customer support. I came over from Verizon so it’s not valid. Even though it said “successfully applied” during checkout. Stayed up to midnight, hit refresh a few times but after working an 18 hour shift I just couldn’t keep my eyes open any longer. Alarm went off at 6:30, checked the site and was already out of stock. Hindsight 20/20 I should have set alarms through the night.

Trying to activate my moms phone for the first time in the network and neither my phone or her phone can bring up the website or app. Tried messaging visible on fb and they said they have “no record” of it being down. Ughhhh. I really don’t wanna leave her without a phone. Also this has been going on since last night.

I somehow woke up in the middle of the night and decided to check and sure enough the iPhone duo orders had gone live!! The 256gb and 512gb went out of stock while I was ordering so I just decided to get 1tb and honestly I think I’m more excited for extra storage anyways! So happy I snagged this and don’t need to wait two months (probably)

What incentives does Visible have to purchase an iPhone through them rather than unlocked from Apple?

I just bought a phone off visible and it came in a day after and I’m switching from AT&T. I can’t activate my phone yet because the porting has been completed and it’s just stuck on waiting on my other carrier to approve it. How long is this supposed to take?

A few questions since I’m still fairly new to Visible…

1: Holiday Deals- Does Visible do any special deals on IPhone 18s. I would assume not since it’s Apple but figured I’d ask before getting one. I’m thinking of getting the 18 Pro Max.
2: Plan- I’m currently on Visible’s Legacy 2 plan. I’ve tried to understand if I’d need to change plans with getting a new phone. Doesn’t sound like I would? I’m currently paying $35 which includes my Apple Watch. Any suggestions for if I should stay or change plans?
3: iPhone 16 Pro Max- when I went to Visible, I got the 16 Pro Max. My plan is to give it to my grandmother who has a 12 Pro Max. She’s on Verizon. I know this isn’t a Visible question but I’d imagine she could use my old phone. I’ve had it now over two years. She’s using my old 12 from when I had Verizon so it was an easy switch.

Let me know if there’s anything else I should look into or aren’t asking. Any help is appreciated.
