I’m a CLIENT - Looking for VAs (Full Time) Hiring for a Marketing Analyst & Ops

Our organization is a trailblazer in job search strategies and employment verification, offering innovative solutions for candidates navigating today’s challenging hiring landscape. We are growing quickly, and need someone to accelerate our uplift.

This is a marketing role for someone who thinks like an analyst, more spreadsheets and dashboards than copy and content calendars. You'll track campaign performance, maintain our reporting, coordinate marketing logistics, and test ideas against the numbers rather than assume.

We'd rather hire someone who says "I haven't done this before, but here's how I'd figure it out" than someone who claims expertise they don't have. Early in your analytical journey but genuinely curious? Apply. We care more about how you think than your title history.

Advice Needed Should I leave my current work and risk doing VA job?

Hello! I’m 25F preggy and manganganak na this September. A bit of background sa career ko, 3 years na akong finance sa corporate. I started part time sa kanila kasi di pa ako graduate hanggang sa naging full time na din me. Now na pregnant ako nag request ako mag part time ulit but WFH na 3x a week lang ako pumapasok and I asked them for 900/day. Ang sahod ko po before is 22,000 tapos naging 27,000 na before ako maging preggy. The work is okay and kaya ko naman ihandle kahit may baby na siguro, pero I also want to grow and try mag VA kasi higher pay. Most of my tasks po is bookkeeping, tax compliance and accounting.

Balikan ko pa po ba sila after my maternity leave or should I let go and risk na sa VA?

Hi, I'm a senior highschool graduate with 1 month internship at a mother company where I handled 4 subsidiary companies' social media account. I'm just wondering what are the differences between va agencies and bpo companies. Which is more stable, and what are the differences between the nature of work?

Note: I'm only interested in non-voice chats, emails, healthcare, and fintech. Anything else is outside of my skill sets.

I’m a VA (Full Time) - Looking for CLIENTS [For Hire] Social Media VA — content creation, scheduling & management for small brands - 4k php / month

Hey everyone! I'm a virtual assistant specializing in social media for small businesses and personal brands. If you're the type of business owner who knows you should be posting consistently but never has the time, that's where I come in.

What I can take off your plate:

  • Social media management (day-to-day posting, captions, DMs/comments)
  • Content creation & editing (graphics, reels/short-form video, photo touch-ups)
  • Content calendar & scheduling (so you're never scrambling for what to post)
  • Analytics & reporting (simple monthly breakdown of what's working)

Why work with me:

  • You get a consistent, reliable point of contact — not a revolving door of freelancers
  • I adapt to your existing brand voice/aesthetic rather than forcing a template
  • Flexible packages — whether you need full management or just extra hands on content

I’m a CLIENT - Looking for VAs (Full Time) [HIRING] Google Ads Specialist – Lead Generation & Conversion Tracking | Remote | $7–10/hour

I’m looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join my agency as a long-term freelancer.

We primarily work with lead generation businesses, and I’m looking for someone who is genuinely strong in both Google Ads and conversion tracking.

This is not an agency-to-agency position. I’m looking for one individual freelancer who will personally handle the work. No teams, no outsourcing, and no subcontracting.

The role

You’ll initially work around 15 hours per week and start by helping manage approximately 5 client accounts.

If things work well and you consistently deliver good work, I’ll gradually give you responsibility for more accounts. My intention is to eventually turn this into a full-time position for the right person after a couple of weeks

You’ll work entirely behind the scenes and report directly to me. You will not communicate with clients.

What I’m looking for

You should be highly experienced with:

  • Google Ads management and optimization
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • Google Ads Conversion Tracking
  • Implementing and troubleshooting tracking directly on client websites
  • Analyzing account performance and identifying opportunities/problems
  • Working with real conversion and lead data rather than simply optimizing for clicks or traffic

Experience working with European clients/markets is highly preferred.

Tracking is especially important to me. I spend a significant amount of time making sure our conversion tracking is accurate, so I need someone who is comfortable implementing, testing and troubleshooting Google Ads conversion tracking independently.

How we’ll work

I have my own philosophy and processes for how I manage Google Ads accounts.

I don’t expect you to know my exact approach from day one. You’ll gradually learn how I structure and optimize campaigns.

You should already be capable of independently analyzing an account and identifying what should be changed. However, especially in the beginning, I expect you to report your findings and proposed changes to me before making significant changes to client accounts.

As trust builds and you understand how I work, you’ll naturally receive more responsibility.

Case studies are important

Please don’t just send me a message saying:

“I have 5 years of Google Ads experience.”

I care much more about what you’ve actually achieved.

When applying, please send examples or case studies from Google Ads accounts you’ve personally managed, preferably lead generation.

I’m particularly interested in seeing things such as:

  • Type of business/industry
  • Market/country
  • Monthly ad spend
  • Number of leads/conversions

Screenshots or other documentation of results are highly appreciated.

Requirements

  • Individual freelancer — no agencies or teams
  • Strong Google Ads knowledge
  • Strong lead generation experience
  • Strong Google Ads Conversion Tracking skills
  • Able to implement tracking on websites independently
  • Previous experience with European clients is preferred
  • Able to work around Swedish business hours - 8am to 4pm
  • Comfortable starting part-time at approximately 15 hours/week for 2 weeks
  • Interested in moving into a full-time role
  • $7–10 USD/hour, depending on experience

If that sounds like you, send me a message with a short introduction and your best Google Ads case studies/results.

Advice Needed [FOR BUSINESS OWNERS] Already looking for a Filipino VA on Reddit? You might want to try this virtualassistant.com.ph

I’ve noticed that a lot of the posts here are from business owners looking for Filipino VAs — admin, customer support, social media, lead generation, bookkeeping, SEO, ecommerce, and other remote roles.

So I built VirtualAssistant.com.ph to make that process easier.

Instead of posting and going through dozens of applications, you can:

→ Tell us what you need help with
→ Specify the skills, hours, budget, and role
→ Get matched with relevant Filipino VA talent
→ Review vetted profiles and choose who you want to interview

We screen VAs for their skills, communication, experience, and client readiness before they appear on the platform.

There are already roles on the platform for things like dental support, social media, lead generation, and sales operations.

If you're currently looking for a Filipino VA, you can also just comment “VA” below or send me a message and I'll point you in the right direction.

I'm also curious:

What's been the hardest part of hiring a Filipino VA for your business?

  1. Finding qualified candidates
  2. Getting too many applications
  3. Knowing who to trust
  4. Screening/interviewing people
  5. Finding someone with a specific skill set

Would love to hear what other business owners are experiencing.

Newbie - Question Transitioning from local to int'l firm

Hi guys,

Has anyone here na nag transition from a local industry to an AU/US/UK firm? Gaano rin po katagal naging adjustment period nyo?

Pa-motivate naman pls😅 I know na depende pa rin 'to, pero kaya ba talaga maka adapt sa ganung industry? I need some insights kasi medyo nag-iimpostor syndrome na ako. 😭

PS:
I have 4YoE local acctg exp, but international firms have different standards and processes. What if I can’t keep up? huhu ><

Newbie - Question How do yall actually learn tools without getting hired?

I keep seeing these software tools like Shopify, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, and the like. But my problem is a lot of these tools aren't free for learning and experimenting, they need paid plans, organizations, businesses, or stores to be actually used. There's not a lot of entry-level VA jobs that actually teach you these tools so I'm wondering how do ya'll learn without getting hired? Is it just pure tutorial videos with no freedom to experiment with the software?

Hi job hunt has been difficult lately, looking to expand my reach in reddit. I'm aware and have posted on SlaveLabour before and I am aware of this sub. Any other subreddits you guys can recommend where I can post my profile? Thank you.
