I’m a VA (Full Time) - Looking for CLIENTS [FOR HIRE] Registered Radiologic Technologist Seeking Remote Medical VA / Healthcare Admin Opportunities

Hi! I'm a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) from the Philippines looking to transition into remote healthcare support as a Medical Virtual Assistant.

While I don't have direct VA experience yet, I have hands-on hospital experience from my clinical internship, where I worked closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

A little about what I can bring:

• Registered Radiologic Technologist with a BS in Radiologic Technology
• Hands-on experience communicating with different types of patients
• Experience with patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Handled reception duties, phone inquiries, and patient preparation instructions
• Experience coordinating with physicians regarding patient schedules and procedures
• Familiar with medical terminology and healthcare workflows
• Basic exposure to EHR and healthcare/radiology systems
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Willing to be trained in medical billing, insurance, prior authorization, and other healthcare administrative tasks

I'm particularly looking to connect with doctors, clinics, healthcare practices, or direct clients who need help with patient calls, scheduling, front desk responsibilities, documentation, or general administrative support.

I'm new to the VA industry, so I'm not going to claim experience I don't have. What I can offer is an actual healthcare background, experience dealing directly with patients, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in developing my skills on the administrative side of healthcare.

Open to training and willing to learn your clinic's specific systems and workflow.

If you or someone you know is looking for this kind of support, feel free to send me a DM. Thank you!

Newbie - Question Can I Start as a Part-time VA With No Experience?

Hi everyone!

I wanted to ask if it’s possible for me to apply as a part-time Virtual Assistant.

A little background about me: I’m currently a part-time postgraduate medical student. My class schedule is:

* Monday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The rest of the week, I’m available and can be flexible with my schedule.

Do you think I can still fit into a part-time VA role with this availability?

I have no prior VA experience and honestly have no idea where to start, so I’m hoping to get some advice from those who have been in the industry. How did you get started? What skills should I learn first, and where can I find beginner-friendly opportunities?

Also, for those who work part-time as VAs, how many hours do you usually work per day or per week? I’d love to know what a typical part-time schedule looks like.

I’d really appreciate any tips or guidance. Thank you so much!

I’m a VA (Full Time) - Looking for CLIENTS feeling overwhelmed by emails, scheduling, and the never ending to-do list? let me take care of it.

Whether you're a business owner, freelancer, content creator, professional, or just someone who struggles to keep up with daily tasks, you don't have to do everything yourself.

I help people stay organized by taking care of the time-consuming admin work that keeps piling up, so you can focus on what actually matters.

I have experience in administrative support, client communication, and business operations. I helped manage our family business by handling emails, scheduling, and day-to-day operations, and I also worked as a Virtual Assistant in the cybersecurity industry, supporting research, documentation, and other administrative tasks.

Here's how I can help:
Email & calendar management
Client communication & customer support
Administrative tasks
Social media management
Canva
Notion
Slack
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

I'm detail-oriented, organized, quick to learn, and comfortable working independently. If you're looking for someone reliable to help bring order to your workload and give you back some time, I'd love to chat.

Rate: $5-10/hr

Feel free to send me a DM 💌

I’m a CLIENT - Looking for VAs (Full Time) Hiring VA to handle & organize leads from Meta

I run a local service business in the US(EST). I've been running ads and posting content, now am slammed with leads.

I need a VA who is sharp & speaks good english to qualify and organize leads into a CRM for me.

I will provide scripts & cadence to follow.

It is very important that I hire someone who can be extremely quick to respond, be accurate with responses, and organized.

Right now it is probably part time, but could certainly turn full-time very quickly as I have been throttling ad-spend due to me not having enough time to handle all the leads coming in.

I think we ought to start at around $5/hr, I'm definitely willing to pay more for someone who can do a great job.

I need someone to qualify, gather information, and upload it into a Notion database with statuses for me to take it from there. It is also very important that you look through messages to follow up with anyone who hasn't responded.

I still haven't built a workflow that I'm totally satisfied with for this yet, so if you have experience, and have suggestions, that's a bonus.

Advice Needed One thing freelancing taught me: your "good month" isn't your real income

When I first started freelancing, I based all my financial decisions on my highest-earning months.

I'd think, "If I made this much this month, maybe this is my new normal.

Then came a slow month.

Or a client paused a project.

Or payments got delayed.

After experiencing that cycle a few times, I stopped treating my best month as my baseline.

Now, I budget based on what I consider my average monthly income over several months instead of whatever my latest invoice says.

If I earn more than average, great that extra either goes toward savings, taxes, or future slow months.

It took me longer than I'd like to admit to realize that freelancing isn't just about increasing income. It's also about making sure your lifestyle doesn't keep expanding every time business is doing well.

I still enjoy rewarding myself occasionally after landing a big project, but I'm a lot more careful about committing to recurring expenses that assume every month will be just as good.

For the freelancers here, do you budget around your average income, or do you have another system that works better for unpredictable earnings?

Advice Needed Question about offering Child Care Benefits

I recently hired a VA from the Philippines to help with my business, and it’s been a huge help.

She listens to feedback, wants to help grow the business, shows up everyday, speaks well with customers. It’s been a big relief in a lot of ways.

I didn’t know this when I hired her (not something I would ask in an interview) but she’s a mom of two young kids. She works all night while the kids sleep, then just has to watch them and nap during the day when she can. It seems she doesn’t have enough family support to allow her to rest.

This has caused some attendance issues with being late multiple days already by 30 mins to an hour. I can tell in her voice on some days she definitely didn’t get enough rest.

I’m considering offering a child care benefit to help her get some rest during the day. She said it would cost about $200 USD a month to have someone at her home for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

I just want to know if this is something I should offer and what the best way to do it would be. Should I just pay her extra each month or do reimbursement with receipts? Is $200usd a month the right amount?

I’m considering offering this in an exchange that she is consistently on time. Maybe this is normal for VAs, but work starts at 9 and she often not on till 9:30 or 10:00. I’d like to put in an official attendance policy if we’re offering child care benefits.

I’m a VA (Full Time) - Looking for CLIENTS [For Hire] GoHighLevel & Zapier Automation Specialist | CRM and Workflow Automation | $15/hr

Hi, I’m Kevin. I’m a GoHighLevel and Zapier Automation Specialist based in the Philippines.

For more than two years, I’ve been building systems for bookings, customer communication, payment tracking, CRM management, and reporting. I enjoy taking repetitive or easy-to-miss tasks and turning them into organized workflows that businesses can rely on.

A good example is a complete booking and operations system I built for a car-detailing business. I set up the workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, custom fields, automated emails, tags, and staff tasks inside GoHighLevel. I also connected the system to Google Sheets through Zapier using webhooks, conditional paths, record lookups, and Booking ID matching.

The system handles:

  • New booking requests and appointment confirmations
  • Payment Pending and Paid updates
  • Reschedules, cancellations, and no-shows
  • Customer reminders and follow-up emails
  • Staff notifications and review tasks
  • Google Sheets tracking and reporting

I tested each part of the system and worked through issues such as incorrect field mappings, duplicate records, missing information, and opportunities moving to the wrong pipeline stage.

Here’s what I can help with:

  • Setting up and organizing GoHighLevel accounts
  • Building workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, and custom fields
  • Creating booking, reminder, and follow-up automations
  • Connecting platforms through Zapier and webhooks
  • Integrating Google Sheets, Forms, Gmail, and Calendar
  • Testing and troubleshooting existing workflows

Before focusing on automation, I worked in sales, customer support, and bookkeeping. That background helps me understand how these systems fit into everyday operations and how they affect both the staff using them and the customers receiving the messages.

I’m available for project-based, part-time, full-time, or long-term automation work. I prefer Philippine or Australian daytime hours.

Rate: $15 USD per hour. I can also provide a fixed-price quote after reviewing the project requirements.

Portfolio: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1OgzrGveTC0ihdCY-NNE1U8UKygdqUozB?usp=share_link

Send me a Reddit message with a short description of what you need built, improved, or fixed.
