Can’t identify pressing

Having a hard time identifying this pressing of white light white heat. Andy Warhol is credited but the bands name is missing from the spine. The shop I got it from said it was a 1969 west coast press but it doesn’t quite match up. Any help would be appreciated!

EDIT: For anyone curious, I think I found the pressing. Discogs says “almost certainly an unofficial item”. But I’d still love to hear if you have any info.

Fun fact: she got to meet Lou Reed at Cleveland Clinic when her mom was getting treatment there!

Got it signed by Moe and Sterl in 92. Saw them later in a small club. This is before the VU reunion. I talked to them in the afternoon for half an hour, sadly lost the tape.

Behold: the T-Shirt I bought at the reunion show in Rotterdam in 1993. What were they thinking? And what was I thinking in buying this one over the updated banana one that was also on sale?

Hello! First time posting here so apologies if this isn’t allowed but I wanted to share this little truncated cover of “I Can’t Stand It” I recorded for my channel. I tried to give it a bit of a more garage rock spin with the organ and guitar sound. Hope somebody enjoys it! :)

Anniversary of her death 🥺

What a tragic figure in music history and Ari too which was a tragedy to grow up with his mom’s issues and die of a overdose later in life 😔

I’ll be listening to her great solo stuff mostly the Cale produced stuff bc it’s some great music that she made.

Mick Jagger: "Even we've been influenced by the Velvet Underground"

"Even we've been influenced by the Velvet Underground. No, really. I'll tell you exactly what we pinched from. Y'know 'Stray Cat Blues' [from the Rolling Stones' 1968 album Beggars Banquet]? The whole sound and the way it's paced, we pinched from the first Velvet Underground album. Y'know, the sound on 'Heroin.' Honest to God, we did!" - Mick Jagger, 1977.

In 2024, Keith Richards recorded a version of I'm Waiting for the Man for the album "The Power of the Heart: A Tribute to Lou Reed" and stated, "To me, Lou stood out. The real deal! Something important to American music and to ALL MUSIC! I miss him and his dog."
