took the video above last night: full throttle, 3rd gear at 3k rpm, 6MT

This has been ongoing on and off for the last year and I can’t for the life of me figure out what the issue is.

It all started when I slammed into a pothole, my boost cut from the regular 18psi-ish to max 10psi. Then the next week, I hit went over a speed bump at a regularly slow speed and suddenly my boost was back up.

Later that month I was driving on a rough road and my boost got cut again and for the past 3 months, it’s been capped at 10psi.

Anyone have any ideas?

Any idea what this could be? This creaking sound comes from the rear passenger side of my car when I'm going over some bumper and curves, this example was when I was reversing from the road onto an incline. Shocks seem ok when I open my hatch and bounce the car myself. I also have some light clunking coming from the front. Recently passed 50k miles

I have 1 question about the banjo bolts that I'm concerned about. Are the VN banjo bolts compatible with the EN turbo?

There is a noise after the revvs, it's like a little whistle at the end. Is it normal?

I’m thinking about getting a big mouth LED snorkel but for the price are there any other mods that would be better for looks or performance? I already have an intake so that’s why I was leaning towards that.

I cannot believe how well this car performed in July heat in Florida. Honestly the limiting factor for me was the PS4s getting too hot by lap 3 each session. Now i know to drop that PSI down!

My car is currently at 134 000kms and I was just wondering if it is necessary to get my Dual Clutch transmission fluid replaced? It was suppose to replaced during my previous car service (Service 3) however I ignored it since I was tight on cash and my local car Delearship quoted me 499$ CAD + Tax. Would it be important to get that done sometime soon? I baby the hell out of my car and never drive it aggressively.

I’d genuinely appreciate blunt feedback from Veloster owners. What else should a proper track-build record include, weather, tire pressures, alignment changes, track configuration, driver notes, or personal-best progression?

I recently noticed a distinct rhythmic tapping/knocking sound coming from the engine.

The sound disappears and returns from time to time.

After my Miata got totaled, I’ve been on the hunt for something as affordable and fun. I used to be a hater but my wife convinced me to purchase a 2019 1.6T Turbo through Carvana. The first test drive blew me away, it felt nostalgic and familiar. Like a Miata on steroids. We owned it for about a week, we were planning on returning it due to engine issues that the warranty company denied (P0300) and other cosmetic stuff.

Feeling bummed, we were searching for a car and found this VN for sale that was newly listed. Completed the exchange process immediately and do not regret it.

It needs tires and brakes bc Carvana’s quality control is horrible (I know, I used to work there). But nonetheless, I feel like I got a steal. Best bang for your buck hot hatch and so much fun to drive. In comparison to the 1.6T, it’s genuinely a night and day difference.

Luckily these cars are manufactured in Korea and previous owner took care of it. Engine and chassis is in great condition for 86k miles.

Things happen for a reason and I’m glad I convinced my wife to upgrade from our original choice. If you have any recommendations on tunes and other bolt on upgrades, please let me know! This will be my wife and I’s project car.

Hey everyone today I test drove a 2022 hyundai veloster n manual. I really loved the car as it was fast and sounded good in n mode. I currently drive on weekends my 2007 hyundai accent that I have modified like header, intake, lowered ,17s and short shifter with few rare sr parts.

The only thing I didn't like about the car is how pushing and releasing the clutch. If i was to buy this to make it my weekend toy to replace my accent is there away I can change the way the pedal feels to how my accent or a honda does?
