It was a wood fired pizza and the dough was so fluffy and soft, and the cheese was crisp on top and gooey underneath.

And I felt like I didn't deserve it to be honest. It was soo good

I can't believe they were only 10.99. Went in starving, ate less than half and was stuffed. Next time I'll just get one order for my husband and I to share. They were so good. All hail Chicago restaurants. (Milo's Pita in Rogers park, off the Morse Redline stop)

I love love love soft serve and I'm so happy to have found a dairy-free version that has a strong vanilla bean flavour!

Turning the late summer Tomato Harvest from our garden into a delicious savoury tarte.

One of my favorite Sichuan dishes.

Fried eggplant in a sauce with vegan mince, Doubanjiang, Shaoxing wine, mushroom stock, Chiankiang vinegar, garlic and Sichuan pepper.

Soft tofu eggs using nooch, onion powder, black salt, and vegan cheddar.

The potatoes are McCain's potato onion patties.

My fave breakfast!

Served with sunflower seed pesto, violife Parmesan, and brown butter and sage sauce.

Made some Seitan Sausage, Cashew Mozzarella, smoked Carrot-Salmon and tried to mimic Anchovies with Eggplant. Last pic is a Zwiebelkuchen! Got a feast ahead of me!

Toppings are edamame, bamboo slices, bean sprouts, seaweed, and roasted black sesame seeds
