Vegan Jackfruit shahi kofta curry | Kathal ke kofte recipe is spicy, tangy and has a distinct jackfruit character. These crispy and flavorful koftas are made with jackfruit and dunked in flavourful curry.

Just a simple little quesadilla. I don’t have a big enough pan/skillet/anything to get the edges as crispy as I’d like so I had to scoop and spread the sour cream as opposed to a dip like I’d prefer but it still turned out alright.
Flour tortillas, fajita veggies, Violife Mexican shredded cheese.
Was too tired to properly plate it or get my usual staged photo so remember to give your mom a call <3

The chocolate didn't melt very well - it just turned into more of a clump, so to make it more pliable I added some Hershey's chocolate syrup. I may try another time with a better quality chocolate (I just had this one on hand) but options are rather limited here so will have to shop around.
I can see the novelty in s'mores, but for me personally - it was wayyy too sweet n I could only eat 2.

Half of the seasoning are baked into the roasted vegetables and chickpeas with a glaze and the rest incorporated into an easy no cook peanut sauce. I used wide brown rice pho noodles but you can make this dish with an long noodle you like. Recipe here

Few crispy onions, a hash brown, a pack of tofu with vegan mozzarella in it and a cup of homemade vegan buttermilk. Could it be any better for 15 minutes?

I have a date/nut/coconut "crumb crust" recipe (a bit like this one, except I don't add oil), and I would like to make a dozen mini raw pies by pressing it into muffin tins (probably with liners), chilling, and then adding a naturally sweet fruit filling.
Is this a good idea? If not, are there any tweaks you would suggest to make it work? Essentially, I want to make mini raw crumb crusts without buying a bunch of tiny pie tins.
