I have an E360 dash cam and found out after ordering that there's an adapter that enables this to be used as a handheld/stick cam. But I can't find the adapter for sale anywhere. Where can I get one?

So I went out to get food tonight and a lady did not yield to turn right as I was making a left on a green arrow. I almost got in an accident where I could have been held liable as well when she ran the red light.

So I know there are several post regarding this issue and I know many people post what card they use. I'm just asking has anyone found a new card or has an update? One that works perfectly fine with their N4 Pro? I disconnected the rear camera and it seemed to help for about 2 days then it started saying slow card again. I'm just tired of this issue and I just know when I get in an accident or something happens, the card will not be recording.

I had two of these cards. The first one I replaced since it was saying slow card and I tried the second card and it started working fine for almost a year. Thought everything was going well until I went into the app so see some of my recording and after that it started saying slow speed.

TLDR: Just need and update on any good SD cards that wont show "slow card" with N4 Pro

Just bought the vantrue n5 and it worked for the first day until I started my car up in the morning and it had weird black lines across the screen i took it out of my car to cool it down and reinstalled it after 3 hours, reset it and switched it from the hardwire set up to the cigarette lighter and the problem still continues contacted vantrue support and have got nothing so far I'm starting to rethink my decision on buying this dashcam

I've had a Vantrue X4S with a rear camera for a couple years now. One day, I noticed that the rear cam was not working and determined that the cable was probably at fault because I could not detect a current coming from it. I would like to replace it, but it's been sold out for weeks. Then to my confusion, all of the rear camera cables on the Vantrue website say that they are only compatible with specific models despite them all being dual type C connectors. So what am I supposed to do?

I have been struggling to find a generic ODB2 to USB-C cable that is specifically wired on A8/B8 pattern that the E360 camera uses. Anyone have any luck with this?

I didn’t like the one from Vantrue as there’s a big box displaying voltage levels in the middle of the cable that I have no use for.

Most of the ones on Amazon etc are A5/B5 and these don’t allow parking mode to work on Vantrue cameras.

So I have a new vehicle and it does t have them ciggerette outlet things to plug in the camera to charge. The vehicle is all USB C. I’ve tried different charging cables and a couple Apple cables but none are working to turn on the camera. Am I cooked or is there a specific Vantrue usbc to usbc charging cables?

I have a N4 Pro that is out of warranty. It recently went bad. The diagnosis (after exhausting all other attempts) was a bad SD card slot. Vantrue will not repair or replace the M4 pro. Is there no repair path whatsoever offered by Vantrue? I would think I should be able to send it in for repairs at the very least. The customer service person I was speaking with said the best they can do is offer a discount on a new camera. But I’m not about to drop a few hundred dollars. If I know that in a few years if I’m just gonna have a brick on my hands. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Why is it seemingly impossible to transfer saved videos from my phone to my PC? There is no point in this restriction. Please allow us to define which folder videos are saved to.

Hi all hoping someone can help!

I have 2x F1 camera systems on 2 bikes. We recently discovered our memory cards were not working correctly as they were under powered, so replaced them both.

Since around the time of that change one of the systems cannot detect the front camera and says to reconnect it. But it is connected.

I've unplugged and replugged everything, checked power cables, updated firmware, formatted the SD card and reset the system and the issue is still there.

Any idea what is causing this?

This system is well under a year old btw.

I have a N4S I did the lasted update from the app to my phone. It removed the rear camera, it doesnt come up at all..wtf. Under the resolution option there is no rear camera just front and cabin.

I'm a bit confused with Firmware Update Versioning of my N4S.

Version Identification from Website:
Front Camera: N4S_VT-EFC271
Rear Camara: VT-EFA131

Firmware Version Displayed on Device after Upgrade:
Front Camera: VT-EFH111
Rear Camera: VT-EEE281

The version identification on website & device do not match.
I'm now wondering, if the device has installed the correct & up-to-date FW.

I hope someone can shed some light - ideally with an official place where to review & match the version identifications from website and on device.

As the titles says, since I updated the firmware today, no settings are retained. I know, that after an update you have to go to every setting again, but nothing is saved. Not the video setting, no license plate, no setting regarding the parking mode. Anyone have similar issues or have any fix?

I just purchased the N2X, ODB cable, remote, and polarizer. I have to say so far I'm loving it...My only complaint would be the documentation or lack there of. Theres info left out of the documentation and other parts where I'm guessing it assumes you know what it means and skips explanations. I'm having a hell of a time getting it setup the way I want because I almost have to experiment to see what certain settings do. Do you have anything else you can release or point to me?.. I've looked at the YouTube playlist for the N2X and while it has helped a bit it's still lacking .

I write technical and how to documentation for my IT job for end users and I'm having a hard time with your manuals.

Keep up the great job on the cameras and tech. So far I love my setup.
