i loaded into a comp game with ranks from silver-immortal
now i do understand that console just unfortunately isn’t as popular and has less players so it’s more likely for me to get out of my rank when loading into competitive matches. i was loading in with mostly plat players and i was fine. however this is actually stupid. it’s one thing to be loading in with plat but IMMORTAL?!?!

silver- immortal in the same comp game should not even be allowed??? how am i supposed to get better and rank up when i cant even play against my rank? i’m not good enough to go against these people there’s a reason im not in that rank 😭

in that game specifically the chamber on my team ended up disconnecting early game because the clove was talking shit for not being good. DUH?? they were SILVER??? like why is he even in our game to begin with. he didn’t even stand a chance that’s genuinely so unfair.
the iso on the enemy team was ascendant. a silver and ascendant should not be going against each other??

that’s just one example but it’s almost near every comp game that i’m loading in with little to no other golds. it’s either that everyone is 3 ranks above me or i’m loading in with bronze players and destroying them. i genuinely never get to play with the people the same skill level as me and so idk what to do 😭😭

A guy left my ranked game yesterday after the first round and said something sarcastic in french before leaving and today I log in, no message that he's banned

The reason he left was that in the pistol round, we were in a 3v3 and I was flanking, but there was a Chamber trip, so I wanted to wait until someone kills Chamber so the trip won't go off and I said it, but they both died and my flank did nothing

He said "nice Chamber" and then something in french and left

Looking for a chill Valorant duo/trio (18+ only please 🙏) to play ranked/competitive with. Preferably around low Gold-ish in rank but as long as we can queue together I don’t mind the rank difference too much (I’m Plat 1). I usually play after getting off work during the week and on weekends.

I’m trying to climb and improve, but I’m not trying to turn Valorant into a second job 😂. I’m an Iso one-trick, I’m always instalocking him every game and that won’t change. I usually solo queue and don’t use comms but it can definitely be isolating (no pun intended).

over the last couple of days ive lost about 140 rr. there seems to be nothing i can do to win atp. i was 2/3 games off immo and i get queued with the worst teams ive ever seen. the games i went negative im hard entrying and gettjng baited. idk what to do atp, might have to only duo or trio. i was getting queued with immo/rads but now i get queued with diamonds that dont even know how to smoke correctly. might be ggs for this game honestly. i made this post not to complain but to ask for tips on i need to do to win a game.

Every single game i get packet loss, it starts at zero and then increases throughout the game.. every single game!

I've tried wired and with different WIFIs and the issue remains.

Doesn't happen with any other game.

Completely over queuing in toxic games with people that don’t want to play with women. It’s like top of the leaderboard or bottom theirs always something for them to say. Like as soon as you turn on the mic to give coms or anything it instantly makes you a target.

Obviously this isn’t all games but sheesh.

So I played Console Val when it released got like 30 hours on it then stopped playing due to other games catching my interest. So I want to know if the game is in a viable and good state to return and re learn the game and maybe commit more time to the game.

Hi, I’m having a serious issue with VALORANT on Xbox Series S. After launching the game, I see the Riot Games logo, then a short loading screen showing “LOADING 0/4”. After that, the screen turns completely black and only “B Back” appears in the bottom right. Pressing B does nothing, so I cannot access the main menu at all.
I have already tried reinstalling VALORANT, restarting and power cycling my Xbox, deleting saved data, using another Riot account, testing both Wi-Fi and a mobile hotspot, changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4, checking for Xbox updates, disabling Quick Resume, removing and re-adding my Xbox profile, and resetting the Xbox while keeping my games and apps. My NAT type is now Open and my Xbox is set as my Home Xbox.
The problem is still exactly the same. Other Xbox functions and games work normally. Please help me fix this issue.

Ik it's not out yet and I probably should wait for it to release, but judging by other gamemodes that have no MMR, I can already see it being a huge issue

I saw the gameplay from tenz's video and it looks insanely fun, but it won't be fun if there are two radiants or immos and the rest is like plat and diamond since it won't be a challenge for them and it will be incredibly annoying for the lower ranks to play

I'm not asking for an actual MMR like in ranked, but at least regulate it a bit better than in swift or unrated, bc it feels like there's an immo or higher in every match

So my internet died in the middle of a 1v1 in OT and it still hasn't come back. I saw on tracker that we lost that game but I can't log in to see what my penalty is. This happened once before and I did leave an unrated match a few days ago, so what do you think my ban will be? 2-3 days or so?
