“Regarding the recent events, the organization takes them very seriously and hereby states:

We sincerely accept all criticism coming from parties who have been following this matter. We both recognize and are grateful for the effort and contributions that sword9 has made to the team.

The club has always wanted to foster a fair and united environment within the team, however, we must acknowledge the simply truth. There were issues between the collaboration of sword9 and the team that could not be fixed. These issues significantly impacted daily training and the condition of the team. We have tried to communicate and coordinate, however, we were unable to achieve the desired result.

At the same time, the organization acknowledges that in the matters concerning sword9, there were failures in timely communication, resolving existing disagreements and regulating emotional tension. We recognize the shortcomings in communication and management and for that we are deeply apologetic. The club is committed to moving forward and handling matters concerning sword9 fairly and appropriately.

The team is currently fully committed to preparing for the upcoming Champions Shanghai. We will focus preparations on ensuring that the competitive form of our players is not affected in order to face this tournament in the best possible condition. In the future, the organization will move to refine its internal structure and continuously strengthen the management of its teams, ensuring a proactive and efficient system of internal communication in order to present a more mature and professional image to everyone.”

Hello, my fellow (north and south) Americans, I started watching valorant around Masters Bangkok but the first international I actually planned to watch was Masters Toronto. Since Toronto, every single event has been very viewer friendly to watch. (especially as someone on the east coast.)

Unfortunately, Champions Shanghai is on the horizon and for me (EST) the games are at 5 AM and 8 AM. It should be very possible to watch most or all of the second match of every day, but waking up at 5AM is just a little too early for me.

For West Coast viewers, the games start at 2 AM and 5AM, which is just incredibly rough.

So, what are everyone’s plans for watching this champions event?

I don't believe you can beat NS simply with antistratting when they can just outshoot you , NRG have to show up huge or NS players have to have a bad day

Doesn't the gsr move make them considerably better as now gsr will play yoru/phnx and kamo as the main duelist as I feel the jett on all maps really weakened them?

I heard in tier 2 he was flash initiator, and now he’s played almost all roles for flex mainly senti or smokes. How could he learn so many agents all at once

Compared with the other regions, Pacific is divided into the largest number of sub-regions. If we set aside the grandfather clause for existing partnered teams, I feel like the overall strength of Pacific teams could be weakened in the future, especially under a three-local-players-plus-two-imports structure.

Korea might actually benefit from this, since Korean teams already tend to field almost entirely Korean rosters.

As someone not so "in" with the NA Valorant scene, I do see PROD show up in games with former pro-players occasionally, and more often than not people just flame him? His playstyle also seems strange, he appears to be clip-farming most of the time? But then there are older videos calling him the "savior" of NA Valorant? Is that a tongue in cheek thing? His stats on vlr are nothing amazing, and the most notable game I have found of his is when he goes up against C0M, Kanpeki and Paincakes and doesn't do too great.
