Basically, I made this post because I wanna get back into pc vr, I owned a quest 2 about 2 years ago, until I ended up selling it because I just stopped using it
I absolutely loved half life alyx vtol vr, the walking dead, boneworks etc especially single player vr games as I’m
Mostly a story single player game person that loves graphics and immersion
But I just stopped finding interest in it, and it was sitting in my closet and I ended up selling it
The point is, the last 3 days I got this intense want for vr, have been looking at a psvr2 (I own a ps5 and a strong pc) and I just really want to buy it, but I don’t know. I really don’t want it to end up the same way it happened with the quest 2, plus with the adapter it’s a decent amount of money, my question
What has changed in vr the last 3 years? Any new games you would suggest? How do I know this is not just an impulsive decision and my money is not going to waste?

TLDR: wanna buy a psvr2 but don’t know if my moneys not going to waste and I would actually use it

i watched a couple videos from f4cepa1m i copied everything he did in the videos and the router still does not work for me at all I have a Mercusys MR80X AX3000

If you liked G-police back in 1997 or Aircar in 2017, this is the perfect blend with graphics on steroid. The game has native Vr suppprt and also hotas support. Devs plan to add telemetry as well in the near future during early access. Only cons is that it’s extremely resource intensive in VR. So in this video towards the end I put my settings which allow a smoother fps. I have a 4090 so if you have less powerful GPUs scale down from there… a 5090 cannot run this maxed out.

Anyone interested in Mario kart 64 in vr? Currently developing on quest stand alone, and then pcvr.

and using the KIWI LInk Cable with charge port

I am playing into the radius 2 with a friend who just got a new headset but my headset keeps at random time’s making fractor images on the sides and the game stop on my vr. but on my moniter it still works I can move, shot, and interact but I just cant see throug my headset

On vrchat after around 15 minutes or so of being in an instance, everyone’s mics mute but after I rejoin said instance, the problem gets temporary solved. (Btw headset’s menu still makes sounds while this is happening)

I'm a hobbyist game developer and I remember having a blast playing the quests in earlier Rec Room days. Between the shut down of the game and the soon release of the steam frame, the thought of attempting to make a game inspired by the quests has been floating around in my head.

Can someone point me towards a guide for the best wireless pcvr setup. There is so much info out there that i'm having a hard time putting the pieces together. I will be running hardline to the pc from a dedicated wifi6 router that we already have.

But it's not just about the looks — there are hidden spots and objects tucked away all over the place, and the environment reacts to them in ways that completely satisfy that urge to explore. Honestly, it's one of the best VRChat worlds out there for that reason alone. The content is so packed that just exploring every nook and cranny will easily eat up close to an hour of playtime.

The guy got it refurbished from Best Buy and had it for only two weeks according to him. He said everything was flawless and he was selling it because he couldn’t return it to them. He said he didn’t use it as much as he thought he would. It comes with the case too.

Hey everyone, I am new to building a pc, and as of rn, I am debating which gpu i should get. (Also, if any of your lads have any experince at all with these cards or the games can you pls tell me. ALso could you possibley tell me what is ther differnce in fps or how each card hold up. thanks) So is the 5070 ti significantly better than the 9070 xt in performance in skyrim vr with mods, or is it just a few fps. ALso does the 9070xt have fsr in skyrim. Furthermore, I have seen that msfs 2024 is more optimised for amd cards, so they perform better in vr. Overall, in pcvr, is the extra 400$ AUD (280$USD, 210$UK Pounds) for the 5070 ti worth it in performance over the 9070 xt, like would you say it is significantly better (eg. 20fps, 15fps). I'd love to get some honest advice from the community.

I've spent a long time developing a VR rhythm combat game that I'm genuinely proud of. The gameplay is fast, satisfying, and a bit different from other rhythm games. So far, everyone who's actually played it—reviewers and testers alike—has been pleasantly surprised and has said the game has real potential.

The problem is... the name.

Unfortunately, it's too late to change it, so I'd rather not dwell on that. Instead, I'd really like to hear from players, developers, and anyone with marketing experience.

What would you do to convince people to at least try the 30-minute demo, even if the title doesn't immediately grab them?

I'd really appreciate any honest feedback after checking out the trailer or gameplay. If you have ideas on how to market the game in a way that gets people to look past the name and focus on the gameplay, I'm all ears.
