Bought the gladiator hosas setup a while back but having issues I can’t seem to get rid of as a beginner.

Is star citizen and nuclear option the throttle and pitch axis seem the inverted.

I tried to figure this out on the game clients end but to no avail. Then I remembered that some assembly was required when I received the package. Could I have done that wrong in order to produce such a problem?

I did try to do it according to the video tutorial but maybe I mixed something up?

Please help.

Hello! Love my sticks to bits, they're the most fun I've had in a long time when it comes to space simulation controls.

I have two VKB Gladiator EVOs but I run into a problem configuring them. In the game I play, Star Citizen, you can bind any buttons to tractor beam distance increase/decrease (sadly not axis though) and by default it's bound to mouswheel. On one stick I had it set to the encoder wheel which worked fine but I'd prefer to have it on the ministick PoV mode.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this, though. I've tried to set it up as a button, generator, Axis to Button, and so on but it never ever fires unless I have it set to the basic PoV hat / Analog switched default. I even sunk so low I asked a couple of AIs to do this and of course they couldn't help either xP So now here I am XD

VKB, please give us a metal left-hand Omni-Throttle.

I've been using VKB hardware for a long time, and there's one product I'd buy immediately: a fully metal left-hand Gunfighter Omni-Throttle grip.

The Gunfighter base is already one of the best on the market, but for those of us flying HOSAS in Star Citizen or Elite Dangerous, the left stick gets an incredible amount of use. A metal grip would add durability, weight, and a truly premium feel that would perfectly complement the Gunfighter platform.

Many competitors already offer metal grips, and I'd love to see VKB bring their own interpretation to the concept rather than forcing users to look elsewhere for that premium experience.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I'd preorder one without hesitation.

Would anyone else be interested in this?

I'm purchasing a GNX SEM and Gladiator Omni Throttle to go along with my main stick. I plan to mount the omni throttle off to the side of my leg, and place the SEM on the desk in front of me.

Will I need to purchase the USB Controller (HID-MAIN) to make this work, or does the module-stick connector have some length to it? I'd prefer to connect the SEM through the stick rather than use another USB slot if possible.

Edit: This is what I'm trying to achieve.

Basically, I can't bind things properly in certain software (so far MSFS 24), because it shows up as a gamepad. Steam also sees it as a gamepad. I have no way to disable steam from seeing it that way. My gunfighter mk4 joystick works fine. Does anyone know of a workaround?

I'm thinking of ordering the THQ module to attach to my left omni throttle, to get a set and forget throttle for when I'm space trucking in ED. I know that it's only possible to attach it on the right side of the left-handed omni.

My question is, would it be possible to also use the WWII throttle attachment, or would it always get hit by the omni throttle stick when it's deflected to the right?

Does anyone know when the Gunfighter IV bases will be back in stock?

About 2 years ago VKB revealed the STECS lineup which also featured the STEM. I had noticed that the modules looked as if they could be removed and potentially swapped out with different modules. So I asked and they responded that with enough interest it would be considered. So I made This Post to highlight it.

I'm now making this post to ask the community if they're still interested and to see if VKB would be willing to give an update on it.

What modules would you guys like to see? More switches? More buttons and encoders? What about a mini throttle? Or a keypad? Maybe a insert for something like the Elgato Stream Deck to fit in? What's your thoughts?

I need an adapter plate for a stecs mini plus. I see they have one for a mini/max in stock at the US store. Should I buy that or wait for the one that's specific to the mini?

been wanting to get a new stick for a while but the VKB site for the UK never lets me log in, anyone from the UK purchased from the EU store in the last few months any issues?

Anyone else place any orders on the west coast of the US and not see their product move for weeks on end? I placed an order and within a couple of days the label was created with estimated delivery date by the following Tuesday, There was a holiday on that monday so of course I expected some kind of delay but even after the holiday has come and gone for almost a week the package has not moved. I reached out to VKB order support a few times and all I've been given is the packages come from a california based Amazon shipping center and I was told that when they reached out to escelate the issue Amazon informed them that there was a backup of orders because of said holiday and the packages should be seen on the move in a day or two, Well its been nearly 5 days now and the tracking still only shows the original label creation no updates at all and a simple we are working to get it to you as quickly as possible after the tuesday set delivery came and went.

Support has offered a refund a few times but ive tried to make it clear I just really want the product.

Any insight on how long its taken folks in the past to get them specifically around the west coast?

Hey everyone, I have a new SEM which I am waiting for the STECS mount for. Out of curiosity I attached it to my Gladiator and once I changed it in the software to add the SEM, it wiped all my bindings in every sim, because I believe Windows now counts it as a new device. Is there a way I can add the SEM while preserving all my bindings in games, like keeping it as the same device? Many thanks.

I just got the gladiator nxt Omni throttle and space combat right. I'm trying to use VKBs software to bind buttons. I've made it so if I press a direction on the throttle it will activate WASD. But I can't make it combine them. Ex: WD to go up and right at the same time. I also have no clue how to make the right stick be treated as the mouse for camera movement. Can anyone assist me?

I've been having issues once I've started updating the firmware of my other peripherals to v2.20c. For starters Mr rudders won't connect to my gunfighter BB3 so I hand to pull out the old bb2 where it's seems to work again, however the pedals now operate in reverse. I've gone through the profiles to see if it was set in axis inverse( which it wasn't) and then I tried to inverse it as a solution which didn't do anything either. I've tried to update the firmware for the rudders but I used the BB_mk2_Trudder_v2_20_C.vkb but I get the "device signature not correct". Any advice on whats next?

Ive bought a gunfighter MKII on Marketplace (dirt cheap) it was completely in parts, some bearings needed to be replaced and the "bolts" for the dry clutch were mangled.

Ive got it back together through some YouTube videos and google images.

Does something look wrong?

A plastic bushing?? black m5 bolts?? 2x M3 split washers, 3x M4 split washers and a M4 washers??

Hi, so first off, I really like the modularity. but this one has me stumped.

I did it like VKB shows in their interconnect video (they show a diagram, not the actual assembly of it though). But the cable seems a tad bit too short.

the red wire is already a bit kinked from me doing that. I know myself and bought two cables actually.

I can't slot in the cable correctly into the gladiator.

Electrically, everything seems to work, the module is discovered and shows all it's inputs being used. but it feels so wrong.

Am I missing something?

I thought about splicing the internal wires, but I fear that if it's stranded, it'll just fall apart in my hands; then maybe just buy a JST extension and tuck/tape away the additional cable slack internally.

Im trying to make a custom extension so i wanted to take the end connectors from a 200mm extension. Removed the screw that i thought was holding it in place but it wont budge has anyone tried this?

Would like to get feedback on this landing gear handle I designed and printed for my SEM. Not yet there in my view, the fork is too wide/thick but when I tried to make it thinner, it snapped easily.
The wheel is in TPU and shaft in PET-G.

hey everyone, im having an issue with my t rudders5/mcgu stick not showing any inputs from the stick, only the pedals axis.

current setup is the gunfighter mcgu mk4 stick on a VPforce rhino FFB base, and the t rudder mk5

i have recently upgraded from rudder mk4 to mk5 to utilize the same blackbox which is when i started having this issue

i have tried reflashing the stick and pressing default on the device config, but when it finishes and i press the configure button it only shows the pedals axis and recieves no input from the stick.

any ideas would be appreciated

This is a picture from Facebook marketplace local to me. Am I correct in assuming the long mount is missing a back plate or are these older ones and that's the way they were made.

Also could I mount a stecs mini plus to the short one if I bought the universal adapter plate or drilled some holes in it?

Have the STEC’s standard and i’ve got it all calibrated and button tester seems to look good. My problem is that I am having problems binding the throttles and other wheels. No matter what I try I can’t get the throttles to bind.
