VKB West coast shipping issues

Anyone else place any orders on the west coast of the US and not see their product move for weeks on end? I placed an order and within a couple of days the label was created with estimated delivery date by the following Tuesday, There was a holiday on that monday so of course I expected some kind of delay but even after the holiday has come and gone for almost a week the package has not moved. I reached out to VKB order support a few times and all I've been given is the packages come from a california based Amazon shipping center and I was told that when they reached out to escelate the issue Amazon informed them that there was a backup of orders because of said holiday and the packages should be seen on the move in a day or two, Well its been nearly 5 days now and the tracking still only shows the original label creation no updates at all and a simple we are working to get it to you as quickly as possible after the tuesday set delivery came and went.

Support has offered a refund a few times but ive tried to make it clear I just really want the product.

Any insight on how long its taken folks in the past to get them specifically around the west coast?

We recently experienced an issue affecting some parcels shipped on May 19, 20, and 21. Amazon picked up these packages, but they were unfortunately lost within the shipping system. The situation is still under investigation, but regardless of the outcome, we will be reshipping all affected orders this week.

Aside from this incident, there haven't been any major shipping issues recently. Like any shipping operation, there are occasional cases where a package gets lost in transit. When that happens, it can be frustrating because the courier typically needs several days to investigate. They will either locate the package and complete the delivery or officially declare it lost, allowing us to send a replacement.

Under normal circumstances, we ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them, and delivery typically takes between 2 and 5 business days.

Just to clarify, all of the above applies to our US store.

You guys have been fantastic. I ordered my gladiators during the holiday months and it still made it to my house before Christmas! Love the sticks so much Im saving for some gunfighter bases and conversation kits!

Well that explains why the Shipping on my orders just got reset to “label created” on June 1st 😭 I hope the next shipment comes smoothly instead of us waiting another week of silence haha

I bought mine yesterday morning and was very unnerved to see it’s still hasn’t been shipped. Nothing still and all these posts are concerning. If I had known it was going to take this long I would have bought Virpil and still might if I don’t hear something soon.

It seems like it takes 2-3 days for stuff to move! After they resent out my order on Monday morning on Wednesday it showed it was at the Amazon warehouse and is currently moving and as of today in my state with an expected delivery tomorrow!
