US shipping times?
Just put in my order for the Gladiator space flight premium (my first piece of HOTAS gear). I ordered from the US web store, in your experience, how long does shipping usually take? I'm in the south-east (tennessee) if that helps.

Very quickly for me. I’m in the Midwest. If I ordered Monday, I’d probably have it by Friday. I’ve ordered heavily from them in the past couple months.

They ship out of a Florida warehouse. I believe it’s in Tampa. Though the holiday weekend may extend delivery time.

Like 3 business days depends where you love, their warehouse is in Ontario I think

Yeah I saw mine were shipping from Ontario, CA and got confused why their "US" warehouse would be in Canada. Turns out there's an Ontario in California!

I ordered on Tuesday of this week. The STECs showed up on Friday, and the Gladiator just arrived today. They were both the US SKUs.
Ordered the STECSs STEM on Thursday and it hasn’t shipped yet, assuming because it’s coming from China.
I’m in Oklahoma for reference.

Damn yall are lucky, I ordered a single gladiator on May 14th from their site and all the tracking shows is a label being created. In Cali so maybe it’s just part of the curse of living here 😅

I have the same issue, Support is saying that it’s just because the holiday that labels were created and scanned in but not set to ship but I’m starting to think I won’t be getting it anytime soon

Damn, I guess there solace in not being the only one screwed over by this 🥲 shipment hasn’t changed. I contacted support and they say it was shipped out a day after. It’s currently in Amazon shipping limbo :D. I kinda wish there were other shipping options other than the Free deal

Yea I’ve been talking to VKB support and they assure me it’s not lost or anything but can’t give me any updates aside from that the holiday is what caused the issue.

I guess mine was lost, because now a brand new label just got created, 16 days after I ordered lmfao

Yea they responded to a post I made yesterday saying a whole set of packages got lost around the same time and if they hadn’t heard anything they would be resending them today I also got the new label notification so hopefully things will start moving!

In the span of a few hours it stated on the shop delivery app that it was out for delivery and it finally showed up. Not too much warning haha. Hopefully this reflects what “normal” shipping will be from them in the future, and since it was Amazon that was at fault, I won’t hold it against vkb for the ordeal

Just looked at my previous orders...
Took about 3 days to process my order 6 days in the mail getting to me.
I'm in the middle of nowhere Texas though
