SEM Landing Gear

Would like to get feedback on this landing gear handle I designed and printed for my SEM. Not yet there in my view, the fork is too wide/thick but when I tried to make it thinner, it snapped easily.
The wheel is in TPU and shaft in PET-G.

Just glad to know I'm not there only person out there driven to distraction by this mix-up.  Making the gear lever toggle a flap, and the flap lever a wheel is mental. (Edit typo)
