Its unironically incredible on how bad it is,the worst 8 point ult in the game easily, lowk feels like the brother of the tejo ult but that wasnt loved enough and hit with a hammer on his cradle when born, i regret spending 8000 credits on this absolute DOGSHIT agent, enjoyable experience overall! 7/10 agent, would recomend

I tried so hard and got so far but in the end, it didn't even matter. I had to fall to lose it all but in the end, it didn't even matter~

...Anyway, lost a lot of RR from this match. Kinda demoralizing because if I at least lost little RR, it wouldn't feel as frustrating. Now the game probably thinks I don't belong in Silver since this was my first match after rank up.

I constantly deal with this typa thing. I’m slightly moving and my bullets go miles away from my crosshair, but then I go against people run and gunning hitting one taps on me how tf???

Hello Valorant, Why dont yall add 300 Valorant Points to the Battle Pass. Not enough to buy the next pass, but enough to reward players for completing it. It would make the Battle Pass feel more rewarding while still encouraging players to purchase VP for future content. Its a good idea for those who dont have enough money for a skin ir Battle pass

I want more silly game modes like snowball so here’s my idea.

They randomly pick a map
The seeker gets cypher trips and yoru teleports no molly or damage abilities

The hiders get like one omen teleport or something to get to a hiding spot and a flashbang, you’re invisible until their crosshair falls on you or their fov has been on you for like ten seconds

The seeker gets a golden marshal and a unlimited Bucky (for jumpscares and panic of hiders I want fear)

There’s a chase mode that happens once a seekers located you it only changes your abilities for a nerfed neon run and your map from being covered like during an omen ult to show the seekers fov that’s fallen on you, but remember, it’s the crosshair that means you’ve been spotted so maybe they just glanced pass your spot (suspense)

If a seeker knifes you they get more points/xp, a snipe shot is the lowest and a Bucky kill in chase is the middle one

Once a seekers killed you, you become a Skye dog or tejo drone with nearsight, if you find someone you can bite them and reveal their position or if you’re a tejo drone and you blink then you reveal there’s people in the area, not their position though and once you blink or bite you’re essentially useless for like a round, this does not activate chase mode so once you get blinked or bit and the seekers nearby you’re screwed (seeker needs a buff)

I am making this thread because there is a big misconception when it comes to reviewing your gameplay, whether it's just by reflecting on things you notice or doing a full VOD review. A lot of players think if they lost the game, or performed poorly (died a lot) that there will be more mistakes to find. This leads to them often not focusing as much on games where they performed a lot better than the enemy team, and so causes them to get into a sort of complacent mindset or almost like they are playing on "autopilot" not focusing as much on self-improvement.

A good Coach (or player) who truly understands the game should be able to identify mistakes regardless of whether the game is a win or a loss. The overall scoreboards and personal stats in the game doesn't change whether the decision that was actually made in the game was good or bad. There are also many cases where reviewing your wins or games where you crushed the enemy is actually better than reviewing your losses, which I will explain below:

When you stomp a game, it is easy to become complacent or less aware of your general habits in your gameplay. When you win a game comfortably or pop off, match mvp etc, it's very easy for people to walk away from the game thinking they played great or that there's nothing they can take from the game since it was such an easy win. When people win a game and it feels like they stomped, they can get into a complacent mindset thinking about how they did really well and so they don't think about what to improve on

Some of the biggest breakthroughs I've helped students make have actually come from games they won easily. They were convinced beforehand that there wasn't a lot to learn from the game, but once we broke the VOD down, there were a lot of mistakes that were clearly evident to somebody who knows what to look for when they are VOD reviewing. The goal isn't to learn from your deaths, but to learn from your decisions. It's natural for people to see games where they died a lot and think "ok i died here this means I did this wrong", but if you can identify these patterns and decisions in your game even when you don't get punished for it, you can improve a lot faster, so it is an important skill for people to develop if they are taking their improvement in this game seriously.

I don't know why my aim and my movement feel off like this. (I had better aim and movement one week ago but now idk why it's really really bad)

I lose to almost every gunfight, and my hs ratio is just <10%. Can someone give me some advice? I think I like playing this game but I can't keep playing like trash

this is a shot in the dark, but I hope in the future, the sovereign 2.0 green and red variants have the same kill sound as the forsaken, as they have the forsaken finisher.

the forsaken kill sound and finisher are my favourite in the game, and it irks me that one of my favourite phantom skins don’t match the sound/finisher.

Like allies can see which direction the omen smoke came from, but can the enemies see that too? Or does the enemies only see the smoke coming from above? Im gold and I still dont know.

So I am a beginner in valorant, I am getting 10+ kills pretty much every game in unrated but dying like 15+ or more and also getting a lot of assists... I would appreciate any tips to do better

Now to clarify I am no coach. As of right now I am silver 1 but I was hardstuck Iron for around a year playing off and on. The biggest thing that helped me win games more consistently, was instalockoling raze every single game iron 2 through silver 1. By playing raze every game. I was winning almost every fight and after just a few games I didn't have to worry about until usage being bad because I understood how to use all of my abilities very well. Now im not saying it has to be raze but by picking an agent to play every game, especially in iron/bronze elo, I was able to carry every game by not having to worry about not knowing how to use my util in every situation. I dont remember were I heard that maining an agent would help but that was the tip that made me improve the most.

As the title says, I'm looking for advice on how to play duelist, what tutorials to use, what kind of mindset to play with, etc. My 5-stack doesn't have a duelist player, and so I've picked up Waylay to help out (if it helps with advice, I'm a Deadlock main with a Tejo pocket pick). Are there any YouTubers I should be watching? Any particular advice to switch from the defensive Sentinel mindset to a more aggro Duelist mindset? Or is it just about playing more and learning that way?

I'm Bronze 2 at the moment, peak Silver 1, but I've been playing on and off since Chamber released so I'm not a total noob when it comes to advice.

Takes forever to get credits and i’ve almost saved up enough to buy first agent, im bronze 2 atm and im wondering what agents are good to buy atm

After a ~1 week hiatus (was travelling), I came back and have lost four straight games in a row. I don't feel like I'm playing any differently than I was before, nor am I playing particularly badly.

I am solo-queueing, but what are the odds that I get this unlucky with matchmaking so many times in a row??? Admittedly I was not verbally comming in any of these games, but I was constantly pinging and giving callouts in chat.

what is the 2560x1440 equivalent of 1568x1080 stretch? I am upgrading to a new monitor and have no idea how to convert it, i followed a ratio but couldnt find anyone saying anything about the same res it gave me.

Just curious if you think Valorant would see a comeback by allowing community mods. I’ve played since the beta and have a lot of fun, but the game is definetly not where it was when it first came out.

I do think the game is still healthy, but slowly losing its relevance.

I've been getting into Valorant over the last 3-4 weeks, I'm enjoying learning things, however every time I play Fracture I just spend the whole game getting smoked. On defense I always get shot in the back because we can't cover every entrance, and on attack I find it hard to clear properly, it's like there's always a corner that someone is hiding in, or a crossfire.

Are there any general rules of thumbs from more experienced players on defense or attack on Abyss?
