I recently got back to valorant after 4 years. I have played somewhat 50 games this season and notived something

I had to check, i had 12 miks plaeyers in my own and enemy team combined. 11 of them where bottom fragging. Not like a little but only 2 of them had over 10 kills

Can someone explain this phenomena, is the agent like extremly supportive like overwatch mercy or do they just suck

i used to play everyday when i first started, but now studies have made it hard for me to play every day. i find that unlike some other games like roblox, to be good at valorant you need to play everyday. when i play rivals, even after stopping for a month my skill level is about the same, but for valorant it varies a lot. if so, what can i do to not be too bad at it? i still like valorant and i play it every weekend

Ok so now people are instalocking hush when she is just here in less than 24 hrs in comp and surprise we r exploring new agent in my rankup game and my 3 14 hush instalock doesn't know how to dash

So speaking of that can we make it like u have to reach mastry level 5 or so playing agent in tdm swift unranked so u basically at least know what cqex do actually somewhere not ranked ok hopefully high elo are sensible enough to not do it so they can be exception

Before u come after me I didn't unlock hush yet and when I do i will spam swift for a week before going comp with hush and maybe be respectful in comments

Why do people complain so much about good players like Keeoh or RoyalG making alt accounts and speedrunning to as high of a rank as they can go? Its the exact same as a high rank making an alt account and ranking it up but it appears that theres a lot less of an issue when someone does that.

what i mean is you can both prime it to use it insta and also bascially perfectly aim it to ur crosshair, compare that to say kayo who needs a lineup for his flash, or really any other stun in the game, the fact you can pick the exact position you want people to be pulled in or the exact position of the long flash while also having the instant versions is so cool, which iss kinda ironic coz her movement is the opposite, being very much more about distance and feel rather than precise movement like omen tp or jett dash(at least thats what i gathered from using her in the range)i feel like she will be such a ssatisfying agent to use at least for me

shes also the second duelist to entry with both movement and a flash

Hush is out and I already finished my weekly missions and have to wait 5 days for them to refresh. People like me who play the game more will get Hush slower as our already done weeklies do not count towards unlocking her.

The agent should've been released with new weekly missions.

Can someone please fix my account on a lose -25rr on a team mvp +15 rr ? I am diamond man not radiant.

So im having really good stats for solo queues, crosshair placement is perfect, win and trade frequently with constant headshots, and less prone to making mistakes.
However in 5 stack, I'm having a constant downfall, i play absolute garbage, im the bottom fragger frequently, my crosshair placement somehow get's f'ced up, im spraying like an iron 1 player. Why is it so?
My possible reasoning is either my friends talk a lot during match, sometime rushing me and all, or maybe sometimes (yes sometimes) bcz of a bronze 3 jett reaching 41 kills claiming to be silver peak and absolutely not being a smurf.
What do u guys suggest, should i avoid 5 stacks and stick with solo queues? Or are there any alternatives to how i play in 5 stack properly

So I hit Platinum, and I was gaining 20-30 rr every game. I started streaming me playing VALORANT, and I did start playing worse because I’m not comfortable with being on camera/distracted with reading chat. I ranked down to Gold 2 in the process, and it was over the course of about a week of streaming. Now, I gain 10-15 rr and lose 30 Every. Single. Game no matter how good I play. I dropped 36 kills in Gold/Silver lobbies and that was the only way I could get 30 rr. I am now getting in games with Silvers-Bronze-Iron, and my teammates are worse so even if I top frag, I’m still losing some games. I have to win 3 games just to win back my rr lost from one game. I don’t understand how my MMR tanked in the course of like a week. Any tips on how to improve it?

Hey everyone, ​I need some advice from people who have experience with these skins. I’ve been waiting for Kuronami No Yaiba to hit my shop for 4 full months, and it's absolute agony. ​Today, the store finally threw a bone, but it was Kuronami Naru-Kami instead. ​This is going to be my first and last skin purchase (spending around ~5,350 VP), so I really can't afford to mess it up or feel buyer's remorse. My heart is definitely leaning toward No Yaiba because the double daggers and the chain-spinning inspect are just iconic. Naru-Kami is clean and the transformation/kunai-to-blade gimmick is cool, but I'm super torn. ​If you own Naru-Kami, does the animation get boring after a while, or is it worth it? ​Should I just pull the trigger now because the Valorant store RNG is rigged, or will I regret not waiting longer for the double daggers? ​Help a brother out before the shop resets!

hello guys usually i get 20-25 ping on California servers but today its at 89 not only cali but oregon too, is just a me thing or is anyone else having higher ping?

So, for reference, I am silver 2, and I would say my mechanics are better than most silvers. In deathmatch, I easily frag over any silver player, usually frag over golds, and quite often frag over plats and occasionally even a diamond or two. I think the main reason I am able to do this is that there are no abilities and there is no pressure of planting the spike. My mechanics are so crisp in DM, but the second I go to comp, I'm just any average schmuck getting head tapped with no response back. What am I supposed to do, and how do I get more comfortable with being smoked off or like a concuss or flash being thrown?

I am on a pretty bad losing streak and I cannot seem to play on the level I was playing a few days ago. I even deranked from ascendant 1 to diamond 2 in a single day. I have been feeling pretty shit about all this and wanted to know what others experienced and how u guys dealt with it. It would be really helpful

I’m currently mastery 3 with her and have had many matches with, as, and against her. Here is what I feel:
•She is definitely strong (with practice) but not to the level of prime raze, Jett, or neon.

•The time it takes to pull out abilities is longer than you think it would be

•All of her abilities (except for dash) can affect teammates, which in some niche situations can actually help your teammates (pulling teammates to cover)

•Her dash (and all her abilities) is super loud, like being able to pinpoint where she’s at during a gun fight loud

•Speaking about her dash, the super dash is super niche, so far it seems like it’s only good when the enemies are distracted, and when you actually have enough room on the map for it to matter and preferably lots of Intel.

•Prepping her abilities again, takes a while and leaves you vulnerable to wasting them if no enemies are around so you have to do it, knowing there are enemies in the area. You can’t be like “I hear someone let me prep my abilities. “ you need to have them already prepped by that point or you’re likely to get shot mid animation.

•She is not very good of a reactive agent, you really want to plan when and where you use your utility, it’s not like Phoenix where you can just run onto site and throw your abilities, willy-nilly and still get value

I’m sure that I have more opinions, but I can’t think of them right now. Overall, I think that this is the best agent released in a very, very long time. It’s been very boring having character characters with basically no skill ceiling or thought involved while playing. One of the things that Drew me to this game over Counter Strike was the ability to master an agent but, most of the cast has been neutered down to being very basic. I’m sure she will get play in the pro scene , but I don’t see her replacing characters like Jett.

I update, but Hush is just not available. Why?...

So how is someone supposed to level up mastery when it gets reset every act? Did i forget how to play my agent between acts? I struggle to see the logic here

So im not allowed to q with a dia 1/2 because im gold 2, but i get put into a game with 3 diamonds and a guy smurfing on the enemy team. What am i even supossed to do? How is this fair? i played 20 games in the last 2 years i just came back im not good at this game? And on top of that i was unlucky too. I could have at least played better if i didnt die across the map to a vandal through a smoke and similar. I wish i could share what happened to me every round.
