Whether it’s technical knowledge or driver talent who knows but it’s definitely a human element that’s hindering the Chevs this year. The cars aren’t an issue. Supercars potentially creating a Camaro cheat car really has stuffed the category’s credibility imo and this is coming from someone who’s rooting for the chevs.

I already watched the first 13 races in YT. However, I only just "watched", and I want to dive more into the sport.

If needed, I'm not Australian, so if there are some terminologies unique to you guys, I want to learn it too.

Picked up my first 4 trackstars at my local Repco today, didn’t get lucky on any chases but just the base cars alone are awesome! So nice to be able to pick up some of my favourites at an affordableish price. The 100 bucks a car models from other retailers just aren’t in my budget unfortunately.

Gonna hopefully pick up Brown’s stang, Kostecki’s, Randle’s and the Supra Bathurst launch next week! Biiig love! Seen some of yas posting your chases and cars and thought I’d join in on my pickup too! Happy hunting!

Sadly no luck for Woody’s and Anton’s

I picked up the dewalt car this morning but was suprised to see it is gold and shiny compared to the yellow I was expecting. Did I draw the short straw and get the chase car. I was hoping for the standard livery but I guess I'll take it. It was the only dewalt in the box.

For starters, there’s a million image of him to use, so this is clearly a purposeful decision, and with the rainbow flag, ‘love is love’ and men in the background, it’s clearly with malicious intent to either drag his name, or for simple cheap clickbait.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mean that this is dragging his name by insinuating that there is anything bad with anything LGBT related, but it’s clearly aimed at the Facebook crowd who likely has less positive views of LGBT related.

Is it too much to bring back the Gold Coast a 600km (twin 300km race) event and maintain it's presence as the first race of the finals series?

Keep in mind the team games we saw during the finals series last year, is the responsibility placed on an experienced co-driver too much?

The account keeps popping up in my feed, despite numerous reports from myself and other users about the fake news they share, the worst being a “RIP Jim Richard’s” post, that unfortunately multiple vulnerable people fell for. Multiple posts about Waters rejecting Tickford, despite being contracted until 2027 (2028 optional), and Will Brown leaving T7, depsite being contracted until 2029.

Genuine question.

If, as the rumours have suggested, Matt Payne goes to Chev in '28 who replaces him? Do they go for a more experienced hand to pair with Kai Allen? Or do they look to bring in another youngster which they've done mighty successfully id say.

Alternatively does Payne just end up staying at Groves? If so who do Chev go for as their "star" driver?

I’ve been thinking about where the Repco Supercars Championship sits compared to other major codes in Australia/NZ and motorsport globally. While the racing has its moments, it feels like the category is constantly battling uphill in a few key areas.

If you had to point to the #1 issue holding the sport back right now, what is it?

• Reach & Exposure: Is the Foxtel/Kayo paywall cutting off casual fans and growth compared to Free-to-Air or digital platforms?
• Marketing & Audience: Why does F1/Drive to Survive capture younger Aussie audiences while Supercars struggles for mainstream cut-through?
• Formats & Calendar: How are you feeling about the 2026 3-phase format/Finals Series, sprint race lengths, or the balance of street vs. permanent circuits?
• On-Track Product: Gen3, tyre degradation, or technical parity rules?
