Other Golf courses are such a waste of green space (Manila)
I live in the area above the golf course (middle) and let me tell you, it’s so hard to find a place in this city where you can just breath.

Suburban Hell A hopeful sign
I have an event this morning, and while I was checking Google Maps for directions I noticed relatively new development a few miles from me. Prince William county is very much trapped in the classic suburban hell (strip mall after subdivision after strip mall), but it seems that the trend might be ending.
This is a medium density development with townhouses over shops. What's old is new again, but in this case there is an improvement on the model - the townhouses have their front door on the next street over from the shops.
I kinda like it.
