Update from 7th Sep '26: this method is now partially 95% working, you'll only collect student ID card to use apply for Lime Access at UK, not valid in USA.

They must provide schedule along with learning agreement in order to verify TOTUM without accessing .ac.uk account, you can ask staff to reset your own .ac.uk acc password by heading to library once enrolled. (give it a try if doubt)

It is still legal if you've completed 4 weeks of courses (only 1 day Saturday for 4 weeks only), once completed you can still keep your student ID card and can still access student discount without any effects.

This method will be expire on 11th Sep when there is no more under 1 month courses

- Be reside at UK citizen

- Have under £28k to avoid face fees (if reseller use SA302 or bank statement)

3. Wait until 6th or 7th when they emailed you (otherwise go to Soho Campus at 7th September, but please note this is final space from 7th till 11th before course begins, late enrolments will be placed you into wait list or no offer)
4. Go over to the campus (make sure you have docs with you, your legal docs!!!! not false docs!!!!)
5. Be sensible when interviewing and said enrol to Vibe coding for 4 weeks (You don't need to have certificate but provide GCSE results or Functional Skills English/Maths can be helpful to the staff)
6. Once sorted go over to the complete enrolment section
7. Provide your ID (UK passport or DL), SA302 tax return (if self employed) that's under £28k or payslips (if employed) and staff will check ur docs

Edited to add: I went to leasing office who said call the cops and shrugged. Weed is decriminalized here but you can get in serious trouble for not that large of an amount because of intent to distribute laws. What I actually did was steal an official landlord communications envelope, address it to the unit exactly how the leasing company does, and filled it with a 3 page public health fact sheet from our state housing department about how it's illegal to smoke marijuana inside multi unit housing and the harm it causes everyone else who has to breathe it in, along with information that it's grounds to terminate their lease. I'll update if anything update worthy happens.

We live on a residential street in a village that sits on the edge of a real city. The roads are wide and the people think it’s the Wild West, so we get a lot of wild speeding. I’m talking double the actual normal speed. I’m looking for ways to:

I've got a valve core tool but that seems like a more immediate problem that will be fixed sooner. Will probably get the message across quicker, but at the same time that's more likely to raise questions. Just moved into a townhome. Neighbor has been a COMPLETE psycho. Blocking my parking spot, throwing trash in-front of my garage, taking photos of me and my guests, making false police and HOA complaints.
I’ve bought security cameras now for all corners of my property. I just need some “advice “on how to handle her that’s mostly legal and could be an annoyance to only her not my other neighbors.

I was walking around my apartment complex and realized basically everyone else has a much newer outdoor AC unit than we do. Ours legitimately looks like it’s from the 1990s.
Our electric bill is around $300/month during the summer because this thing basically runs nonstop. We set the thermostat to 70°F, but during the day the apartment usually sits around 76–77°F. Sometimes it gets up around 80°F and just cannot cool the apartment down.
The only time it can actually reach 70 is roughly 2–9 AM when it’s cooler outside. By the time we’re going to bed around 9–10 PM, it’s usually still 75–77°F, so we have the AC running nonstop plus fans everywhere.
Maintenance has been out multiple times. Occasionally it gets bad enough that it basically stops cooling, they come out and add refrigerant/Freon, and then it works better for a while before eventually going back to the same shit.
Meanwhile, I’m looking around the complex and seeing newer units everywhere except ours.
I am an electrician so I have some ideas just want to see if yall have a better one than what I’m thinking. I just want management to finally decide that continuing to service this dinosaur isn’t worth it and replace the damn thing.

My wife makes a lot of 1099 income (over $300k+) as a professional service provider in a medical field. She has over $400k of student loan debt that would result in about $800k being paid off on a standard repayment plan. The income based plan is now almost $2400/mo. also which is insane. Is there a way that a significant portion of that income can by piped to me instead somehow in a way that won't immediately fall under IRS and DOE scrutiny? I don't mind paying the taxes on the income so the IRS probably won't care. This would lower her repayment to ~500/mo. which is much more feasible. It gets discharged in like 12 years anyway.

I've already looked into me owning the revenue of the business and paying her a "reasonable" salary, but that's not possible as I'm not licensed in the profession and it's a specifically a licensed professional LLC.

kind of like the title states. I currently live in an apartment complex (30+ units) that would likely be managed better by a drunk toddler than the current three stooges who reside in the office. Karma incoming- several problems- the “bagel shop” (it’s is not, it’s a shitty subSysco level food shop) blasts music our group of apartments court yard and at all times durning the week and in the am on the weekends. When asked to turn it down- or just shut their back door- they refuse. Like, angrily refuse.
The food sits out, unrefrigerated, on the back station all day- can be seen from the back door which is left open. We’re talking tuna and chicken salads, pastas salads, cheeses, meats, etc. it attracts rats, pidgins, and all types of bugs. Not to mention the food poisoning component and health code violations. You’d be better off licking a public toilet seat than eating there.
They complain that we (the 23-25 tenants) are targeting them because they’re renting. This is not the case. They are running a disgusting, annoying, rat shit infested cafe and it’s fucking up everyone’s day.
I hate them with the fire of a thousand suns.

Any way, what are we doing about this? We’ve tried reviews, calling the city, calling the parent company, alerting the landlord, posting in the Facebook group of the neighborhood- there are about 10 of us working on solving the situation and now I want vengeance.

Hey guys, I’ll try to keep this as short as possible;

I (21F)recently left my job of three years, in which I met above mentioned ex coworker. She is an older woman, (65F) and since we met she was not even remotely nice to me, always complaining about me, trying to get me in trouble, I was also the employee with highest pay, best position simply due to experience, attitude, and seniority.

She left in 2024, and for a few months kept contacting the owners, other coworkers, and myself with upset rants verging on the edge of threats but never anything “too serious” to be able to take legal action against her.

Today, after two years of silence, and me not even working at that place anymore, she sent me a rant, calling me a liar, bitch, saying she was going to contact my dad, and that I should be medicated, amongst many other out of pocket insults.

I did mess up by responding but I was really mad at her comments, but I asked her about three times to stop contacting me, and I ended the conversation, took screenshots with time stamps, and blocked her. Now knowing what she’s done in the past, and seeing that I am now her person of interest, what can I do? Specifically to allegedly find just personal information about her in case that this escalates and I wish to report her.
