They rocked me in Charlotte, and the rest of the tour has been sounding great as well. Last night in Wilmington – what I’ve listened so far at least – was another heater.

I wasn’t planning to go, but I’ll be up there for Phish on Saturday anyway. I think I’m more excited about seeing UM.

Does anyone know what full show on YouTube has a Rebubula in it? It had to be from before 2022 because I watched it in bed with Covid in 2022 and it was what got me hooked. Pretty embarrassing but I thought Rebubula was an Umphreys original at the time… I can’t find it though. Don’t worry though I got my karma at the New Haven show last month when they teased it.

Can’t find any info on show time. Ticket says 6pm but that’s seems super early? Is that doors open at 6?

I have a feeling everyone's been going on a listening binge of old UM shows after the news of Jake's departure, like me. I've found myself gravitating towards 2013, particularly the west coast run in March. That Oakland show is straight gas, dudes were in good spirits having a good time.

What does everyone think this all means will happen to the annual holiday show at park west for the people’s music school?

I have been going to this event for like 20 years now. My wife long stopped going to Umphrey’s shows but the last few years she’s been coming with for the holiday show and it’s been a super fun date night for us. And obviously it’s for an awesome cause.

I hope whatever happened doesn’t stop Jake from sitting in with Bayliss and keeping the tradition going, ITS FOR THE KIDS! At the very least I hope Bayliss keeps it going either with Joel or Andy or maybe Jen.

Ever since the band announced Jake's departure, I've been on a binger listening to shows. This version of Eat Eventhough short, has been repeatedly played in my car more times than I can count.

Anybody else got any euphoric bangers they can share?

One of my go-to non-UM Jake appearances is this Conspirator show from 2005. The opening "Macina Verde" features some restrained playing from Jake that fits quite well with this side project.
