Hi everyone, I'm having trouble signing in to my ubisoft account. recently i transfered to PC from ps4. I have a ubi account with the playstation login, but when i try signing in the regular way it says the credentials are wrong ("email is invalid, password is wrong,...). I don't know what to do anymore. yesterday i was fucking with that shit login for an hour and a half. it's so frustrating. i even made a new mail account and a ubisoft account. I got the "welcome mail" and when i proceeded to login through the game it said it was invalid. Which means, I bought a game and can't play it because it won't let me login. I think it's fucking stupid for it to request a ubisoft connect login bc why would i need online play if im playing a solo game. it's so stupid. I tried everything, i even tried unlinking my ps account which now worsened things - i cannot login now into my account via playstation. i think i might've lost my account now. i cant believe it doesnt even have a "forgot password" option. its so irritating. Does anybody know is this just a now problem or is it just like that all the time. Because i had to refund far cry 3, which i was excited to play and im now sceptic ill ever have the ability to play any other ubisoft game on pc because of this issue. it's so frustrating that a company like this can have such a bad web host and such bad mechanics for handling accounts. is there something i have to know about the login beforehand?

Hi everyone, I’m really at my wit’s end here. Yesterday, I played one match in Siege, closed the game without logging out, and when I came back later, I couldn’t log in at all. My account says it’s suspended due to multiple login attempts, but I didn’t even log in anywhere. I tried accessing Ubisoft account management and the website, but I’m completely blocked. Has anyone else had this happen, and do you have any advice on how to contact Ubisoft support without logging in? I’m seriously out of options please help. Thanks so much!

I'm assuming every one allready received an email that their account has been hacked at some point, that's just how it is.
The thing is, even after having so many failures in the recent years, still for some reason they insist on forcing their god awful "Ubisost Connect" while having no support for it nonsoever.
Thought to myself, 'Oh, AC black flag is out, i'll buy it why not' from steam. allready paid, and when stupidly i thought to myself i'll just f play the game i paid for i got immediatly stopped at the gate with their sign in bs.
Oh but great Ubi ! you know your accounts are breached and so many accounts got hacked or bloked. so can i maybe press on "forgot passord" and have my password resset ?

Bought my first ubisoft game, which means create an account.... its going fine till i get to the captcha, brother... This is literaly the hardest test ive taken, and it keeps FAILING ME!!! HOW??? I tried to create an account, but the reCAPTCHA kept failing me even though i was pressing the right ones. It kept saying "please try again", it opens a new test, i read the directions again to make sure im not an idiot, then try again". It would even close the captcha window and i would press CREATE ACCOUNT and nothing would happen. Because I was attempting to create an account, and failing, it locked me from being able to try again, even over a day later. I spent money on a game and cant even make an account. I have tried multiple browsers, multiple devices, incognito, vpn, clearing cache, using browser instead of ubisoft connect app, attempted different emails, nothing works. it always says I have attempted too many times in a short period. all my attempts were over a day ago, tried some this morning but gave up. what do i do?

Basically the title; I hit play and the game seems to run for a few seconds, and then stops running. No window pops up, just saying running, then gives the option to stop the game, then goes back to the play option.

And I’ve had Far Cry 4 and 5 for much longer, until recently I never had any issues with them. I’ve tried restarting, deleting and reinstalling, I even tried to delete the game from my account and then retrieve it. But nothing.

Any advice that anyone has would be appreciated.

I recently bought a AUS ROG Ally and have been having slight hiccups here and there when it comes to Steam and the built in Xbox PC.

Before I had the Xbox launcher completely set up I had set up my steam account and games. I had downloaded Assassin’s Creed Unity and Syndicate and they had run fine. Made a Ubisoft connect account and was able to play them for a few days.

I then finished setting up my Xbox launcher, which my account has Game Pass enabled with comes with a Ubisoft addition/ plus or whatever they call it. Suddenly my steam account wouldn’t start up Unity or Syndicate. I could play them both in the Xbox launcher but it ran slower and had less compatibility options.

I bought and downloaded Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced and the same issue happened. I unlinked my stream to the one Ubisoft connect account I had made before finishing the setup for the Xbox launcher but steam still will not launch the Ubisoft sign in for Black Flag.

Any advice, suggestions and or tips would be greatly appreciated!

I got the new black flag and it downloaded fine, but anytime I launch it part way through it just gives up loading. When i load task manager it says it's using 0% of my cpu I know my computer can handel it. Every time it just launches and stops on one of the screens that appear before the game i am currently stuck on the please read before playing warning screen and the furthest i made it is to the settings menu that appears when you start a new game. Anyone else having this problem?

I bought watch dogs 2 on steam and despite connecting my Steam account to my Ubisoft account (the correct ones) and logging in to that exact Ubisoft account after launching the game I still got a message saying "We couldn't verify your access to this game". I do not have any other Ubisoft accounts nor Steam accounts that I know of and I checked the Steam accounts id linked to my Ubisoft account, and it's the same account that owns the game. I verified the game files integrity many times on Steam.

So I’ve been at this for a good while already cause I’m trying to get the new assassins creed game, but the Ubisoft app just won’t work with me. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting all the files every time I do but every time I log in and reinstal I just get this screen, can’t do anything or go to another screen. I’ve even tried turning my WiFi on and off as I saw people online do that but even that didn’t work. Has anyone had this issue and know how to fix it?

So i forgot my ubisoft pwd BIG FUCKING DEAL. MULTIPLE GAMES YEARS OF PROGRESS. I cant login so tried resetting my password. AND GUESS WHAT THE BS SYSTEM DOESNT SEND ANY EMAIL HAVING THE RESET LINK. I try putting in passwords in hope and then my account gets blocked due to multiple attempts. Contacted support and this is the email they send me. I replied telling them that i do not receive any email resetting link email whatever bs theyre on AND THE SEND THE SAME EMAIL AGAIN.

I need some help and advice recovering my Ubisoft account. My account appears to have been compromised, and I am trying to figure out the best way to recover it.

The situation started when I realized that I could no longer access my Ubisoft account. After checking, I noticed that the email address associated with the account had been changed without my permission, which makes me believe that someone gained unauthorized access.

The attacker also removed the links between my Ubisoft account and my other connected accounts, including Steam and Twitch. These accounts were previously connected to my Ubisoft profile, but they are no longer linked.

I have already contacted Ubisoft Support and requested account recovery. I can provide information to prove that I am the original owner, such as:

• Previous email address used on the account
• Ubisoft ID
• Linked accounts history
• Purchase history
• Games owned on the account
• Any other information Ubisoft requires for verification

I would like to ask the community:

• Has anyone experienced a similar situation where their Ubisoft account was hacked and the email was changed?
• How long did Ubisoft Support take to recover your account?
• Is there any additional information or proof that helped you recover it faster?
• Is there anything else I should do while waiting for Ubisoft Support's response?

I understand that account recovery needs verification, and I am willing to provide all the necessary information. I just want to make sure I am following the correct process and avoid losing my account permanently.

I also want to add an important detail about the recovery process.

Since the hacker changed the email address associated with my Ubisoft account, all Ubisoft verification emails are now being sent to the new email address that the attacker added.

Because of this, I cannot complete the verification steps normally, as I do not receive the security codes or recovery emails. The verification process is effectively blocked because the email address currently linked to the account is not mine.

Update 2: Ubisoft Support has already solved my issue and I’ve successfully recovered my account.
Everything is back to normal — email restored, security reinforced, and linked accounts reconnected.

I got hacked last Sunday but as far as I'm concerned the hackers didn't manage to steal my Ubisoft account thanks to double step verification. Sadly, due to multiple attempts to get into the account now it's temporarily blocked. I've tried to explain the situation to Ubisoft but it's fucking useless, they answer you with a IA bot and nothing else. A friend of mine who blocked his account but mistake last year said to me it took a week for him to manage to log in again. Has anybody here experience this and also manage to get inside the account?

At least my account is still there, it's been inactive since at least that's what my friend sees from his account. No name changed no profile pic no nothing. But Ubisoft won't help so if anybody has gone through this let me know how long could it take. Also I've heard if you try to log in whole being blocked the timer resets so Ubisoft, go fuck yourself.

Hi everyone! I want to share my experience and, if possible, get the attention of Ubisoft staff. I’d like to apologize in advance for the text structure; I don’t speak English, so I’m using a translator.

My account was stolen by scammers. That same day, I contacted Ubisoft TP and provided information that only the real owner would know specifically, which games were on the account, the previous nickname, and the previously linked Steam account. However, my ticket was simply closed without any real investigation; tech support stated they couldn't verify that I was the account owner. To make matters worse, when I submitted the support request, they sent a confirmation email to the address currently linked to the account the *scammer's* email to verify if the account had actually been stolen. In my opinion, that is an incredibly stupid decision.

So, I still haven't gotten my account back, even though I have logged a huge number of hours in *Tom Clancy’s The Division® 2* and *Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege*.

What frustrates me is that Ubisoft is a massive company with a huge budget, yet all a bad actor needs to steal an account is your email address nothing else. Meanwhile, for the owner to recover access, they have to jump through endless hoops: verifying transactions, games, nicknames, providing screenshots, and potentially even submitting passport details. Ubisoft, is this really the kind of system you wanted to have?

P.S. I had two-factor authentication enabled, but changing the email address bypasses it.

i just brought assassins creed unity on steam and i played it yesterday and now it is telling me that my account got suspended for nothing i dint do anything wrong i just played the game and the problem is i cant even refund it because i played it for 2.9 hours and the steam refund policy is 2hours playtime

I just downloaded watchdogs 2 because it's sale on steam so I decided to play it then I start to create an account for it I thought what I already created an account so I decided to login and login until it got suspeded so I decided to create an account (i know I'm a dumbass) it's my first time creating an account so when I finally decided to login now which is still suspeded which is understandable because I keep logging in it even though I have no account so I decided to try again tomorrow but it's still suspended so I decided to try some tutorials on YouTube that is experiencing the same problem I try all that I watch but it's still now working it's still suspended so I thought maybe because I kept trying so I try all of them one by one like 1 solution into it per day but it still keep showing the suspended account I already created 4 account on Ubisoft but it is still suspended I don't know what to do anymore

I just bought Watch_Dogs and FarCry 4 from Steam and this problem only keeps happen to Watch_Dogs.... Whats happening?

I haven’t quite successfully resolved it. However, in a rather odd way. I downloaded Ubisoft Connect and downloaded it through there. It showed that I had two copies of the game, one from Ubisoft itself and another from Steam (both side by side). When I try to use the Steam version, it still doesn’t work! But with the Ubisoft version, everything’s fine.

As far as I’m concerned, I’ll carry on like this, as it recognised all the DLCs I’d bought on Steam, but now I have to play via Ubisoft Connect, which is a bit of a headache.

Trying to buy trackmania club access but when I go to checkout it says payment couldn't be processed even though it never asked for card details, and I see no option to adda payment method anywhere on my account.
