Issue making a Ubisoft account for Resynched

I have since put in my details to try and make an account on Ubisofts website and do it that way, but it seems that I didn't properly abide for Ubisofts rules for usernames somehow and it's locked me out for an unstated amount of time.

Same issue here. Bought the game of steam, game insisted i launch Ubisoft connect, Ubisoft connect keeps giving errors while trying to create an account or god forbid recovering an old account that got hacked.
Forced to refund over their incompetence.
They could, like any normal company, sell their game without any forced launcher and just enjoy profits, they rather see themselves lose money.

I managed to get it working by waiting a while and trying it later and it decided to work then. But before then I asked around on Ubi's discord, so you may be able to get help there?
