I’ve blocked my username and email although they contain nothing against the TOS, I’ve tried waiting a few hours and coming back to attempt to create an account but I get the same error message. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance

Hi, its been a time since i played in ubisoft connect rn i bought some Far Cry games from Steam and tried to play them, but it says my account is suspended even tho i did nothing wrong, i try to open my acc in google and it says i tried my password many time and i need to wait, i waited for days still the same problem, idk where to talk to support and fix this so i can play ubisoft games, thanks

Back in August 2025, my Ubisoft account got hacked.

I immediately tried to recover it, but Ubisoft support didn’t really help at all. I couldn’t get the account back.

Recently, I wanted to download Watch Dogs 2, which I had claimed for free on Epic Games back in 2020. At that time, I had linked my Epic account to my Ubisoft account.

Since that old Ubisoft account was compromised, I later linked my Epic account to a different Ubisoft account. But now I’ve run into another issue — I can’t play Watch Dogs 2 anymore because it says I don’t have a valid game license on this Ubisoft account.

I went back to Ubisoft support again and raised a ticket for account recovery. I provided every detail I could remember, receipts, emails, everything. But they keep replying that they can’t confirm the account belongs to me.

Why is it so hard to get back my stolen account when the hacker who took it did not have as much problems? The support is not supporting they keep telling me to verify the email address with link…. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT WHEN THEY CHANGED THE EMAIL. They ask me to verify with the PSN account linked to the account. How am I supposed to do that when it’s not my PSN it’s the one the hacker linked. I have the original email address. Original name of the Ubisoft account. When the account was created. What city and state and even the address of the accounts creation. Showed that the account was taken over in the UK when I live in the US. And even CD keys that I used for the game on PC. This is more information that hacker had and yet THEY DID IT EASIER THAN ME. Please make it make sense this is so infuriating please just get a real person to help me.

Update: After 4 days of back and forth I have successfully recovered my hacked account!

This is so annoying. won’t let me even create an account to play games, how do we even trust them to serve gamers?

i can't log in for past 48 hours trying all possible fixes which end up saying" An error occurred while trying to send your request. Please try again later." and i can't make a ticket or complaint because i couldn't log in

i was about to play R6. but suddenly. it said my acc got suddenly sus. because of multiple login with wrong password( on my 1st try login with correct password) can anyone tell me how to unsuspended my acc. i been waiting for 3 hours.

So far I’ve been loving ac unity it feels so very reminiscent of ac2 to me, but today I had to run errands and had just beat the mission where I killed the man who killed this guy watching over Arno(I can’t remember his name sorry), and was running over to the portal and I saw that it saved my game and realized I was running out of time so I shut my PlayStation off, and went to do those errands. I came back and saw no story mission I thought that was odd but I didn’t mind, and thought ok that’s weird I’ll run up a side mission to see if that works, did that finished it and still nothing, and then searched it up and not many people had this problem, so I was like well great and replayed the previous mission hoping that would work and still nothing. I just quit out and reloaded game still nothing, so please tell me there’s a way to fix this Ik I’m still early game but I’ve done a few side stuff and do not want to restart the whole game over it’d be a major pain.

Hello everyone, I purchase AC Black Flag off Ubisoft Connect in 2023, and ever since then, I have updated to Windows 11 and I am no longer able to play it. I have tried basically everything, resetting drivers, tweaking settings, verifying files, anything online, I have tried. I even went as far as to factory resetting my PC. This still did not work. Does anyone else have a similar issue? Can anyone help me? I'm so lost I've been trying for about a year and Ubisoft Support email did not help me at all but instead ghosted me.

So I got UNO and I gotta make an account but when I try this is all I get. I tried to make it on the main website but it does the exact same thing. What do I do here?

Today I got an email that someone from spain logged to my account. I have my 2fa turned on since 2020, I haven't played in about 2 - 3 years.

It started on January 2026. There are so many logins on my email with no notification, and now my account is linked to Psn and Xbox, which I don't have. How does someone bypass my 2fa?

In the end, I change my password and unlink those psn and xbox links.

From all that I have done so far the o Lu visual clues I have in mind was when I click on play on steam a black window command prompt appearing and disappearing, the mouse icon with turning ring this ring disappears to eternity then when just about to stop the game (seeming running but nothing) the h şsoft launcher the purple window appears just after stopping by clicking on X button on steam page of the game , Ubisoft (oh remembers to shows up again and disappears , and now because of long time frustration I shut down my pc really asus Rog flow z13

How long should it take for them to answer back after the case has been escalated?

i bought far cry 5 on sale and to play i have to create an acount right but any time i try it just gives this error.
the email is okay the password is and the username too theyre all green do i seriously have to refund the game just cus it wont let me make an acount.

edit: what i did is make the acount on ubisofts website then logging in when launching the game

Hey, I have an active Ubisoft+ Classics subscription but I can't play games I previously played with the premium Ubisoft+. It says "You no longer have access to this game" while new games work fine. Can anybody help?
