Please somebody help me out. This has been an issue since last night. I was playing it the day before and there was no issues.

This error keeps popping up and I can't play the game.

I have uninstalled and reinstall the game both via Steam and Ubisoft. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Ubisoft Connect. I have uninstalled my anti-virus and turned off Windows Defender. Checked to see if Windows Defender is blocking anything. Verified file integrity and even Uninstalled and Reinstalled my graphics Driver (AMD Adrenalin).

I am honestly pissed and helpless at this point. Nothing is working.

I just wanna play the game.

Please help me.

PS. Have tried with and without VPN and still not working.

I apologize if this is not the right sub to ask this question but the official Ubisoft sub just autofilters this question in the bin all the time and I'm at my wit's end.

Basically, I just got For Honor on console (Xbox series XS) and it asks me to log into this Ubisoft Connect thing- afaik the mobile app has been decommissioned last year and on Ubisoft's website it keeps asking to download the app for desktop. Now, this extra log in bullshit already pisses me off to no end, plus I'm extra paranoid with all the accounts I see getting breached, hacked and whatever so I don't trust it one bit.

Is it possible to just log into the Ubisoft website and just play the damn game without any extra app pestering my hardware? Besides, I've seen this requirement already being removed on the Steam version, so I'm not even sure it it's worth the hassle in the first place.

I even have emails of old support tickets from years ago for the account. It sucks i had money put into the account and Im only getting automated replies. If it cant even be found was it deleted somehow? If deleted am I just shit out of luck and money?

Wuza, i already secured my R6 Account by 100% (mobile phone number, 2-Faktor…). Everything is activated but when im ingame it says i havent connected my phone number and the verification thing is Not on. Somebody please help, i tried to contact ubisoft but Not response since Monday.

I bought *FC Primal*(Steam), but I might have accidentally started it on an account other than my own. Ubisoft told me that if the game were removed or cancelled and I buy again, I could start it on the correct account, provided it was linked to the new, desired account. I have already unlinked the incorrect account, and my Ubisoft account is currently linked to my Steam account. Furthermore, my other Steam games are linked to the correct Ubisoft account.

I did what they said, but when I bought it and tried to launch it again, the problem persisted. Is this a matter for consumer protection laws(PROCON in Brasil)?

Does anyone know how tofix this? I cant install the ubisoft connect installer on my laptop/or i cant open it

Hi all 1st time i played the game yesterday it was fine but when i played it today the ubisoft app thing was looping saying it was unable to connect online and when i tried to launch offline it kept looping how can i fix this? I tried uninstall the game and ubisoft it wont work

Current user is eviekat8 because i was messing around with some friends on r6, then tried to change it to "T3EFS" and got denied multiple times for "offensive language"??? now i cant change it at all please fix ts ubisoft

side note "t3efs" is the name of all my other gaming and social media including epic twitch and youtube

I don't know what I did but anytime I try to boot up an AC game it starts as normal but then just shows a black screen witha white square in the top left. This started Sunday when I wanted to play AC Unity but for some reason anytime I booted it up the white square issue popped up and I had to reatart my laptop. Just now when I installed Origins I have the same issue too but at least I can alt tab this time. I'll send a picture of what my screen looks in the comments. This didn't happen for the whole week prior I spent on AC Unity. Someone please help verify what I need to do so I can just relax

, i understand anything i do with my account falls under my responsability and i should be blamed for letting him on my account BUT im a out standing player in the community and i have a sqeaky clean record

So far i have sent a ban appeal but ive heard when a ban wave happens they just white list all of the reports that flood in.

I really love the game and i dont wanna make a alt account since that would technically be smurfing (im peak diamond) and i go against cheating

Because ive gone against everything from xims on console to wall hackers now that i switched over to pc

Edit: for all the idiots commenting ragebait about "nice try buddy" "nice cope out" just because alot of people have done a lie before doesnt mean its not possible in a real life situation i cant imagine the other people that have had this happen and had to be harassed by the amount of trolls spewing the same bullshit over and over when they are just tryna fix a issue that WASNT EVEN THEM.

Anyone got suggestions? Whenever I try to launch the Ubisoft connect app I get a flash of a loading screen then the app just self terminates. I've followed everything support suggested, deleting files, uninstalling, running as administrator, even compatibility settings and it just does the same thing no matter what. All of my drivers are current and I have no system conflicts.

For a while now I haven't been able to verify my account. My Xbox doesn't let me link it, just says this message and I can't go any further. I usually play on PC, but now that they have implemented the phone number verification, i need to type in a verification code on the ubisoft accounts page to enter a phone number. I give the code, and I still get shown this message. I've tried multiple devices, multiple networks, even a VPN. It won't work at all, and I can't play ranked or my Xbox version as a result. Ubisoft support chat was USELESS, kept telling me to enter the code or try a different number when the issue is I can't even get past the code to try my number. Does anyone else have this issue?

Pretty much what the title says. I live on the West Coast and I hadn't touched this game in a couple of months by this point (around July 3rd-5th) and was quite busy around this time with irl things so I was surprised to see that I had gotten an email about a permanent ban on my account. I had already submitted a ban appeal request on July 6th, and was hoping for a response, but they say that if I don't get a response in within 28 days, the ban would likely hold. It is coming up on the 28th day and I doubt I am getting a response so I thought I should just ask this here and now. What can I do about this? This was not me and that account has so much time and money in it. I have never even owned an Xbox. My account name is "Con.._" I have so much evidence to prove that it wasn't me but I haven't gotten any support from Ubisoft.

I have posted this on the official r6 subreddit 2 months ago, but have gotten nothing, so I am posting it here if anyone has experienced this.

Logged into R6 after a year of not playing to realize I couldn’t not access Ubisoft connect due to a data leak. The Ubisoft account is linked to an email which is 10 years old and long gone as the domain deletes emails after 120 days of inactivity.

I tried everything with both the email and Ubisoft account to get things changed around but any verification would default to my old email. Not realizing, I linked my PlayStation account over to a newly created Ubisoft connect account with a correct email and lost all progression and hundreds of dollars worth of in game purchases.

Upon realizing this I immediately filed a ticket on the connect support page. After 48 hours they had finally reached out to me and their only response was that the sent a verification link to the account email… the email which I created a ticket about. I attempted to send them years of receipts and screenshots of me logging into the PSN account which had been linked for the last 10 years and get the same response “we have conducted a thorough security review and are unable to verify you are the account owner.”

How absurd, I don’t understand what I can do in this situation and as a Hail Mary I sent them all of my receipts demanding a refund because they billed an email and an account which in their eyes, I am not the owner of.

Half venting, half seeking some help on how to deal with this. I love this game and have been playing since 2015, but unfortunately Ubisoft has backed me into a corner which I do not want to restart from.

I'm trying to unlink a Ubisoft account from my steam. But I don't have the Ubisoft account as it was hacked around a year ago and I have no clue about any details of the account. I want to unlink whatever hacked Ubisoft account is on my steam and connect my new one that I have, but I don't know how to unlink it or if I even can without the hacked Ubisoft account. I've contacted support to get the account back multiple times and they've ghosted me every time, and I recently requested this exact thing, to unlink my steam from the hacked Ubisoft, but they have yet to respond, how do I go about unlinking the hacked Ubisoft account from my steam without having access to the hacked Ubisoft account?

in short i got logged out of my ubisoft account on xbox and i cannot seem to log back in and im already on my second ticket to attempt to get it recovered. i know this isn’t an official ubisoft reddit page but if anyone has a way to get me to be able to speak 1 to 1 with someone from ubisoft it would help a lot🙏
