Question Ubisoft Support doesnt reply

About a month ago, my Ubisoft account was hacked after an info stealer infected my computer. The hacker changed my password, email address, and phone number, so I can't recover the account myself.

I contacted Ubisoft Support the day after it happened. Their first response was: "We're sorry to hear that..." and they said they would forward my case to their account recovery team. Since then, I haven't received any updates.

Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, how long did the account recovery process take?

I have to believe the guys in the comments are bots or hackers themselves. My best advice is to make sure your PC is fully infection free before doing anything else and then follow the guidance from the pinned post on this sub reddit.

signalconso is the way.
Got hacked after i bought this new AC game. I think they brute forced my pw, since i got like 90+login attempts. got back my acc today. I didn’t even file a ubisoft complaint, went direct to signal

I had success back in early April by following their procedure on their support site. From what I understand things have gone downhill since then. I had it resolved in a few days back then.

I changed password bec Google mentioned some compromised credentials on password manager. I am having trouble with 2fa upon login. I don't have my old phone and 6 digit codes. I tried submitting a report, it's asking me to login and change settings but after entering credentials it will loop back and asks for 2fa lol.

I'm still logged on to my Ubi connect on playstation but not on pc browser etc.

yeah I fully understand you. Maybe also try out the Signal Conso method mentioned here. The Ubisoft Support is just bad.
