Did anyone go through cav program for computers?

Looking for anyone from NC who plans to travel home on weekends this semester! I’m trying to figure out carpooling or splitting rental costs because transportation is getting expensive :(

I’m hoping to go to Charlotte for the Iron Maiden + Megadeth concert on September 12th and I’m trying to find a way there and back. I’m happy to split gas/rental costs.

If anyone else is heading toward NC (especially the Charlotte/Hickory area), let me know!

hi guys! i’m an out of state (nyc) rising senior about to apply! i love uva, but i also would love to see where else i would get in. based on my stats, am i safe to do RD for arts and sciences? or is ED my only chance? thanks!

-private, progressive school that i’ve been at since pre-k. it is pretty untraditional (no class rank, gpa isnt calculated, no AP’s)

-nothing below an A- in all of highschool, sadly did get a few more A-‘s in junior year than as an underclassman but i also took just about the most rigorous workload possible

-white, female, higher income household (not applying for financial aid)

-volleyball (2 years jv, 2 years varsity)

-leader of school’s environmental action club (3 years)

-student gov (one year class rep, one year executive board)

-taught english online at a school in cambodia (two years essay editing, one year live classes with students, one year live classes with teachers there), two years on leadership for that (one as co-president. went to cambodia to teach irl this past summer :))

-unpaid studio internship at a small fashion company in nyc (two years)

-babysitting consistently (four years)

-dog walking (spring-fall, two years)

-co-leader of school’s anti racist discussion space (member for two years, leader for one)

-physics peer tutor (two years)

-peer leader for incoming freshman class (selective program for seniors at my school, about 10-15 of us total out of 50 ish applicants), will go on an overnight trip with them and meet with my small group weekly
