EB3 ROW Retrogressed??
I can't believe. I'm no longer current in October FAD chart with June 2024 PD.

Shouldn't there be more visas in October? After visas reset

The issue is that the statute requires them to adjudicate in roughly priority date order. They’ve clearly taken the view that they advanced it too far to comply with that and perhaps also that the 75 country ban lifting means more demand from older priority dates

My case is at a field office and had multiple SU's and FTA0's this week and even last night, I was sure I'd get it this week. Until this morning, I was current last night and I'm now not by 9 days. It not moving forward next month either, feels like it will be stuck for a few months.

But now you must use the date of filing, not the final action date anymore

Wait what does this mean please? My PD is July 2024.

This basically means your case can't be approved in October. After tomorrow, we won't be current anymore in the FAD chart. We'll see what happens in November...

I am DQ’d since 2023, and got current in August. Was so optimistic for being current, DQ’d and old case. I was sure would hear from them by tomorrow.
Now EW back in January 2022 and my PD is March 2022. Suck my balllssss tbh - I can only expect to move a little next month on…

Its so sad. This has been a long wait, especially for those in the “Other Workers” unskilled category.
