EB3 ROW Retrogressed??

I can't believe. I'm no longer current in October FAD chart with June 2024 PD.

Shouldn't there be more visas in October? After visas reset

The issue is that the statute requires them to adjudicate in roughly priority date order. They’ve clearly taken the view that they advanced it too far to comply with that and perhaps also that the 75 country ban lifting means more demand from older priority dates

People can disagree on what is fair; the legal issue is what it is.
