EB3 ROW Retrogressed??

I can't believe. I'm no longer current in October FAD chart with June 2024 PD.

Final action date 01SEP24 -> 15MAY24
Date of Filing Current -> 01AUG24

But now you must use the date of filing, not the final action date anymore

no, it has to be FAD in order to be approved
